We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members whose #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.

Jackalope Brewing Co. was founded in 2011 with a goal of fostering community, sustainability and inclusivity. Jackalope prides itself on being a welcoming place to come together over legendary beers. Our private event space, The Loft, comfortably seats around 60 guests and allows for 125 guests standing. The Loft is perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, receptions or farewell brunches. Guests can plan on enjoying a selection of beers while overlooking our brewing operations from the second floor windows. Other beverage options on hand include a rotating cider for our gluten free friends, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages including Maypop Sparkling Water and Devil's Root craft sodas. We used Jackalope as our venue for our Welcome Party. It was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and the space was perfect for our guest to mingle. Even leading up to the event, they were so helpful! 10/10 recommend!

We have several options available for venue rental, including our Sidebar, courtyard, and for property-buyouts -Dawn. Dawn is our indoor café, market, and bar. This space is only available for property buy-outs as it is highly-utilized by guests. Dawn has gorgeous A-frame white ceilings with dark wooden beams, designer lighting, and plenty of options for furniture configuration with a combination of long tables, cocktail tables, sofas, chairs, and stools. Dawn is also equipped with Sonos speakers. This space seats 45 and has a max standing capacity of 75 and includes 2 private bathrooms. Our wedding at The Bell Tower was truly the best day of our lives! Aside from the venue being absolutely stunning, and very convenient for the guests, working with our wedding coordinators, Emily and Carli, is what made everything so spectacular! They were fabulous to work with and made everything so easy, from beginning to end. The planning process was seamless and the actual day, I couldn’t have been calmer. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and they went above and beyond from making sure I ate, making sure everyone was lined up for photos, and even calming my dad down as he was very nervous for his speech. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and thank you to Emily and Carli for making everything so perfect!! I will never stop referring them and/or The Bell Tower! If I could give 100 stars, I would!

We loved having our wedding at the Horton Building. Caroline was incredibly friendly and easy to work with - it made our experience so great! We had about 110 people attend, and it was the perfect size, not crowded at all but filled the space well. Would recommend!

The room itself can seat up to 120 guests and with the addition of our Trade Room Bar, we can accommodate up to 300+ guests for a cocktail style reception. Noelle also boasts a rooftop bar, an in-house restaurant, as well as a speakeasy. It's the perfect location for your out of town guests to relax and enjoy a weekend full of joy and festivities in the heart of Music City!

We had the pleasure of working with Noelle for our wedding, and we were so happy with our experience. From the initial contact, the team was open, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They answered all of our questions promptly and helped us (with our wedding planner) envision how our wedding would look in their beautiful, refined space. The venue was classic and elegant - the perfect backdrop for our special moments. Noelle's staff worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly so we could relax and focus on celebrating with our loved ones. For couples seeking a venue with great communication, quality, and value, we highly recommend Noelle. Our only complaint was the temperature in the event space (HOT!) but it was August in TN in an older building, so relatively expected.

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding! We were going for more of a rustic/industrial vibe and this was the perfect match. The 3rd floor venue was easily accessible for everyone, including our handicapable guests. We did have a few occurrences where there was a little bit of a communication error, but their team was quick to help us resolve all questions. I would highly recommend this venue!
