Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding.

Jackalope Brewing Co. was founded in 2011 with a goal of fostering community, sustainability and inclusivity. Jackalope prides itself on being a welcoming place to come together over legendary beers. Our private event space, The Loft, comfortably seats around 60 guests and allows for 125 guests standing. The Loft is perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, receptions or farewell brunches. Guests can plan on enjoying a selection of beers while overlooking our brewing operations from the second floor windows. Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.
