RLM Studio is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. venue with 13-foot ceilings, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and ample space to gather and celebrate together! Our studio is the perfect space to come together to design and create visual content, host your next gathering, or host your business meeting! We are conveniently located just off 90/94 in the Irving Park neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from the Irving Park blue line and the Irving Park Metra Station.

ERIS was inspired by the eponymous Greek goddess notorious for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, thus creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls. These elements are balanced by warm furnishings and minimalistic decor for an elegant touch. Large terrace doors provide guests with access to the adjoining patio which can be opened if the weather conditions allow.

The Lytle House is the perfect space to gather and celebrate with up to ​80 of your closest family + friends. Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort. Focus on good food, good booze, and invite your favorite people to surround you as you celebrate your union.

This gorgeous, flexible event space has a sleek, industrial-contemporary vibe and all the amenities you’ll need for a top-notch, seamless celebration… including the option to utilize the stellar on-site design services. The interior boasts a 21-foot ceiling with exposed rafters hung with dazzling chandeliers and bespoke light installations. The glossy poured concrete floors gleam in sunlight pouring in through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Glass doors open to a lovely courtyard, garden, and terrace.
