Flashback to last year, my fiance and I got engaged on 11/25/22 and scrambled to find a Hudson Valley venue for 2023. We must've looked at 15 venues - some big, some small, some mansions, some farms - we saw it all! Although we met with some amazing venues, we struggled to find one where we didn't feel like just another number. Frustrated, I went back home and decided to look at some photographers photos vs the general 'best hudson valley' venue searches. It was there, in one of the photographers albums, where I found the Bird & Bottle Inn. The beauty of the Inn was captivating, quirky and beautiful. I immediately reached out, connected with Stefania, and my fiance and I saw AND secured the 10/28/23 date just days later on a snowy winter day. The tent wasn't setup, it was a blizzard, but for some reason, the warmth of the staff, beauty of the inside of the inn and our gut feeling led us to make the best decision we could've made for our venue. Working with Evelyn and Stefania at the Bird & Bottle Inn didn't feel like we were planning a wedding with a venue - it felt like we were working with family. Family that cared about our happiness and wanted to make sure every detail was perfect. My fiance and I were not easy - we changed a lot of details, we added a bunch of rentals last minute, we asked probably 100 questions throughout the process and every time we reached out, we were met with ease, sometimes a phone call and even an invite to see our vision in person over the summer vs wait until fall to do the final walkthrough. The day of wedding team met us with the same detail and love as Stefania and Evelyn did throughout the entire process. The food was incredible, the coordination was on point all night and the bartending and signature drinks are still being raved about among our friends and family. Frankly, the entire wedding is still being raved about with many saying this is the best wedding they've ever attended. If you're looking for a wedding venue that feels magical and in a weird way, almost like you're at your own home, then this is your place. We cannot recommend the team, venue and coordinators enough, and we're beyond grateful we chose this special place for our wedding. Thank you to everyone at the Bird & Bottle Inn! I couldn't have asked for a better venue and management from Curry Estate. The sisters that own this venue truly made my husband and I feel like a part of their family. There was constant communication from booking to wedding day, with a year and a half in between. The grounds are beautiful and everyone at Curry Estate acted with intention to make our day the most amazing day that it was. We would recommend this venue to anyone a million times over. The planning, food, staff and day of coordination couldn't have been better. Still riding the high from our wedding weekend! We were absolutely floored by all the work Jen and Ally and the whole Stagecoach team did to make our wedding weekend spectacular! They have several different packages that you can choose from which allowed us to find something that truly worked for us. We ended up having around 115 guests for the wedding and the space was just perfect! We had been to the Inn for dinner before and we knew we wanted to make food a priority. Chef Jerrel hit it out of the park for the rehearsal dinner, the cocktail hour/reception, and the brunch the next morning! Also because they have rooms upstairs, we were able to have our closest family stay and not have to worry about any travel! We couldn't recommend them enough!

We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! We got to know Cedar Lakes by attending winter weekends and pop-up dinners while planning our wedding. Frankly, we worried that was a mistake as we got close to our wedding day -- after we had experienced CLE's hospitality a few times, our expectations were through the roof. Turns out, not a problem. With the help of the people at Cedar Lakes and our incredible team of vendors, despite our anticipation, we were absolutely floored. It was beyond perfect. The people at Cedar Lakes - each and every one of them - embody a blend of warmth and professionalism I've never witnessed anywhere. They treated every guest like family, every event went off exactly as planned, and if there were any problems that arose during the day, we never heard about them. At every turn, the CLE team added unique surprises that matched our own and our guests' style perfectly. We left (reluctantly) on Monday morning feeling as though we'd made friends at CLE, and have been treated like family every time we've returned. This is really a special place for us, and I can't emphasize enough how much of that comes from each and every person who works so hard to make CLE what it is. The food gets its own paragraph. This isn't wedding food, and its not restaurant food. It's some of the best I've had anywhere, and the CLE team executes it perfectly whether for 2 or 200. Not only is the food insanely delicious, but it is plated beautifully in a way that compliments your decor and is always paired with perfect specialty cocktails, wines, and other beverages. This was a huge reason why we chose CLE, and we are still hearing about each and every meal from our guests. All that said, the best part about this venue is the setting - it is a surreal environment to be surrounded by friends and family for a weekend, and enabled us to spend quality time with the people we love during our wedding. We can't imagine a better set-up than CLE. Having accommodations for nearly the entire wedding on site (and being there for the whole weekend) allowed us to be truly present with our guests. We were able to share some meals and downtime with our friends and family in a more causal settings, and we felt like we were able to be a part of the weekend our guests experienced (which, honestly, we are still a bit jealous of -- sports fields, two pools, a beer garden, not to mention the lake and the blob). It warms our hearts to hear over and over from our guests, even to this day, that it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding. All in all, we looked at a lot of venues, and I cannot imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. This will forever be one of our favorite places on earth, and we're thrilled to see what's next for CLE and their team. It doesn't get any better than this.

We had our wedding at Grand Cascades in June 2022 and had such an amazing experience! Throughout the planning process we worked with Sarah, who was awesome all the way from planning the details, picking up the phone whenever I needed her, providing advice on anything I asked, and all the way through to the day of. She handled everything that came up with grace and kindness, even in tough family situations that arose. We chose CS Grand Cascades for a few key reasons (1) the amazing menu and presentation of the food (2) the beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces no matter rain or shine and (3) the value you get for your money. We also LOVED the fact that the hotel was on-site and we didn’t need to worry about transportation for ourselves or our guests throughout the day and afterwards. This provided SO many advantages, including access to the bridal suite all day and being able to take advantage of the hotel bar on-site for a causal after party without any extra cost to us. It is definitely an under-rated venue in NJ that we are SO happy we found! We were able to stick to our ideal budget while not comprising on quality of the event. I have been told by so many people how we threw the BEST wedding they’ve ever been to. The event staff is a well-oiled machine and truly think of everything to make your day the most special and seamless experience. Highly recommend to all future brides!!

The owner Martin and the manager Nathalie were super helpful with any questions we had throughout the months leading up to our event, and the weekend of they were a phenomenal help with everything from setup to making sure every person had anything they needed. We've had so many friends and family members speak incredibly highly of both the location and the staff. We love The Graham, highly recommend, and look forward to going back for years to come!
