We have the event space you are looking for from a large chic and industrial space to small intimate funky dining room. Each of our unique event venues include a bar area in the event space featuring an array of on-site beers, wine and liquor your guests can converse and sample a wide range of delicious drinks. The Funkatorium's Barrelhouse is an expansive area featuring stone flooring, high ceilings, bright lights, floral installations and stacks of wooden barrels. Cultura's dining room offers seating for 65, along with décor features of natural elements, including a large selection of greenery and living plants, edible mushrooms, herbs, and wooden foeder barrel booths paired with vintage touches in glassware and silverware.

The Tony & Helen Morris Hellenic Cultural Center (The MHCC) is a beautifully appointed Asheville Event Venue located within 5 minutes of downtown in the historic Montford District, with wide streets and a canopy of trees. We host private parties, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, as well as private parties for families, high school reunions and corporate functions. Ruth's Garden is the newest venue in historic downtown Gastonia. The Garden is a secluded and serene space, perfect for your next event. The venue has the capacity for a maximum of 60 people. This is an intimate, warm, and cozy venue. You can also have your event memorialized with engraved bricks or pavers! Since Ruth's Garden is a part of The Animal League of Gaston County, a non-profit organization, we can offer a competitive rate compared to other venues in the area. All proceeds from your event will be directed towards programs and staff that support dogs and cats in Gaston County.
