Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Our tented terraces can accommodate seated events up to 120 guests or cocktail style up to 180 guests.

La Banque de Fleuve presents two distinct spaces, each with its own unique allure. The Historic Bank, with its lofty ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and intricate details, exudes the timeless opulence of a bygone era, where elegance beautifully intersects with history, creating an atmosphere that whisks you away to another time. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

Pine Ridge Farm is a family-owned farm located in the rolling hills of Southern York County Pennsylvania. This is a peaceful property with access to local hotels and restaurants to accommodate any guests that may be traveling. The property has lovingly renovated buildings brimming with history. District Winery hosts full-service weddings for up to 200 guests. The first working winery in Washington, DC, District Winery is located in Navy Yard along the Anacostia River. Our modern, sophisticated, waterfront wedding venue with floor to ceiling windows, an outdoor terrace, and sweeping river views is the ideal venue for your wedding. District Winery include our highly regarded wedding cuisine and wines made onsite. Executive Chef Christian Fischhuber brings years of international culinary expertise to our venue, as he oversees every detail of your menu. Couples work with a District Winery event manager who will assist with all of the details, from helping curate the perfect menu to coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution. All District Winery weddings are turnkey and include the use of our custom walnut tables, chairs, high top tables, bar stools, marble topped bars, china, glassware, flatware, linen napkins, printed menus, table top items to enhance your decor.

We are an urban winery located in “the Union Collective” building, an old Sears distribution facility with warehouse/industrial vibes and several other businesses. We are casual and a bit rustic, but our wine, vermouth and tapas all made in house is superb and refined.
