Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. We are an urban winery located in “the Union Collective” building, an old Sears distribution facility with warehouse/industrial vibes and several other businesses. We are casual and a bit rustic, but our wine, vermouth and tapas all made in house is superb and refined.
