Our Tent Season from May-October is perfect for parties between 125-240 guests, and our Mansion Season from November-April is better suited for smaller parties between 80-125 guests inside our Estate. Although most of the events are centered in Coolidge Hall, we have a variety of other spaces available for use. Coolidge Square, our beautiful landscaped courtyard located just outside of the Hall, is perfect for a cocktail hour. What is used as the “Picnic Area” during the Fair can be transformed into an oasis for the perfect outdoor ceremony – complete with a rustic stage for the bride and groom to be wed on. For those who are looking for a more casual event, the Picnic Area can also be used for outdoor games and festivities during the reception.
