Several years ago we had purchased some property with a run-down old barn on it. As we restored the old barn we had several people ask if they could rent it for their upcoming wedding. The barn had no bathrooms, no parking, and a dirt floor - so we graciously declined but the seed had been planted. We love building + design, we’re dreamers at heart, and we genuinely love people and their stories. After leaving our daily jobs in ministry we ventured out to find the perfect 20 acres to build our dream on. With a nod to its originally intended purpose, the building was completely restructured with industrial-chic design sensibilities, retaining much of its original charm. The stately mansion at 4607 Ross Avenue is one of the very few architecturally authentic buildings remaining in our city. Originally built in 1904 by Charles H. Alexander at a cost of $125,000.00, this dignified home is exceptionally well-proportioned of English-inspired architecture with a neoclassical influence.

This 1930's warehouse was historically Brake & Clutch Service Company. Keeping the original name and character throughout, the space has been renovated into a wedding and event space perfect for your next event! Located on Main Street and Exposition Avenue near Downtown Dallas. The venue opened in 2017 and is operated by a mom and two daughters that created this space specifically for special events. The high ceilings, industrial vibe and high-end finish out lend itself to styles both simple and elegant and everything in between.

Located in Deep Ellum at Hickory Street and Second Avenue, this complex of buildings was originally a 1921 Gulf Oil Company distribution center. It served North Texas with automobile maintenance facilities and storage. The seven buildings, including an office, pumphouse, service building, and a two-story warehouse with a basement, retain their original character. Notable features include the "Gulf Oil Corporation" ghost sign and ceramic capped parapets. Gulf Oil moved in the late 1950s, and the site housed various businesses until Gary Kaelson purchased it in 1997. Today, it's a thriving creative community with many small businesses.
