About this venue

Welcome to the Station featuring a rustic farmhouse feel with reclaimed shiplap walls and industrial concrete floors. Our tasteful antique accents are incorporated into the modest decor, making the space beautiful as it is, or easily elevated to more lavish events. Guest of The Station have full use of the foyer, bar, bridal and groom suites, large gathering room, inclusive farmhouse tables, additional seating and tables, bathrooms, sound system, and kitchen! In addition to these amenities, our guests frequently appreciate the functionality of our large rolling door that opens up onto the urban sidewalk of Downtown McKinney. Also appreciated by Station patrons is our open vendor policy, we encourage clients to seek out local resources to fulfill needs like catering, florist and other event-related resources. If you need help finding a vendor, friendly and accommodating staff are happy to share from our preferred vendor list.

Yes, in addition to the large private lot that can host up to 50 vehicles, there are two large free public downtown lots located across from our venue

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Industrial farmhouse atmosphere, bridal suite, groom's suite, Bose sound system, dining/reception hall, reception foyer and full-sized kitchen. Our team sets up and puts away all tables and chairs prior to and after events. Seating for 100 is included with, two large farm tables (seat 16-18 each) and up to seven 72" round tables (Seat up to 10)

Weekend packages start at 5 hours and 10 hours, time can be added at a rate of $200hr Weekday packages start at 4 hours and 8 hours, time can be added at a rate of $200hr

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. We do offer date changes with at least 30 days' notice

Our building is located roughly half an hour from DFW Airport. Uber, Lyft and Taxi transportation services are available between Dallas/Ft.Worth and McKinney

No, our venue is fully insured.
