Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art! The Corley Mill House is an Edwardian-era home built in 1908. The house was purchased and developed into an event venue in 1997 and with the additions of banquet space and gardens in 2001, the property has evolved into a multi-faceted venue for indoor and outdoor events of all types and sizes. The house was purchased in 2020 by Pam and John Banks. We are continually upgrading all of our spaces to make them lovely, but also functional for your entire wedding party. We host over 70 weddings here a year, but only one per day. We are old fashion customer service people. Our goal is to take care of you in every phase of the process.
