Hmm, where to start? From our initial zoom call to our day of, Britny and her team went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come to life. Being a type A individual, I had a hard time choosing whether or not to hire a coordinator but our venue required it and I’m so glad they did. Britny took time every other week to hop on calls starting 45 days out to discuss our vision, changes from week to week, and to keep me in line with things that we still needed to decide on. She was so organized, super bubbly and fun, and genuinely excited and passionate about helping us. On the day of, she handled my bridezilla moments with grace and compassion. They both kept us as well as our bridal party on schedule and helped to create the dreamiest reception decor imaginable which matched our inspo photos and vision flawlessly. Our guests even came forward to complement on a job very well done. I can’t give a higher recommendation. 100/10.

Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna Co to anyone and everyone!

We even had a moment when she whipped out her bag of tricks to sew on a tuxedo button! Both of our families felt the same way we did about Cindy. She was the most important piece to our wedding running so flawlessly! The saddest part about the wedding being over is that we won’t get to work with her again! Mia is always very professional, even when dealing with the many different personality types that a wedding may bring about. Our wedding party was in awe of how good at coordination she was, even large groups of people. She was so cool, calm, and collected throughout the day, and absolutely everything went according to timeline for us. Mia made our day feel so special, always carving out moments for us. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

I cannot say enough good things about Alex and Redwood Weddings. 3 months prior to our wedding, she met with us over the phone for hours at a time to make sure we had things taken care of. She asked me questions and made decisions that I didn’t even know should be made, so thank God for her insight! During the planning process, she became the reason my pre wedding season was so stress free. On the day of the wedding, she took care of EVERYTHING that came up. My brain was all over the place, and she made sure things were handled smoothly. There was even things she handled without me knowing and I am so thankful for that. She prioritized us as a couple and made sure our day went as smooth as possible. After the wedding, everyone was raving about how amazing she was and how they need to hire her, too! 100/10 recommend hiring Redwood Weddings!

My husband and I worked with Britny from Beautiful & Timeless Events for our wedding in September 2022, and we can't recommend her services enough! Britny helped us with our overall wedding plan, budgeting, vendor selection and management, and decor. She supported us through every step of the planning process and was even with us on our special day as our Day of Coordinator. We had a vision of what our big day would look like, but early on in the process we realized we were having trouble bringing that vision to life. Britny was able to help us create a plan from our vision and helped us execute that plan, all while staying within our budget. One thing I really appreciated about Britny is that through our early conversations, she was able to figure out what aspects of our day were most important to us. From there, she showed us what parts of our budget were worth spending money on and where we could cut our budget back. When it came to Day of Coordination and scheduling, we relied heavily on Britny's services. She knew how important it was to us to relax and enjoy our special day, and that we wanted as much time on the dance floor with our guests as possible. Not only did Britny make our entire Day of Schedule, she managed our vendors and bridal party day of, and miraculously kept us ahead of schedule which meant more time on the dance floor for us. Rojin was our “Wedding Day Coordinator” on April 2022. We absolutely can’t imagine our wedding day without her! She managed a major issue which had the potential to turn into a crisis. For some reason, our sound system was acting up, and our DJ couldn’t figure out the problem. She reacted to the incident very calmly and managed to find the standby technician quickly while we were just looking at each other trying to understand what had happened. And our guests responded to this very positively and it was like they were really enjoying themselves by singing and dancing while the issue was getting fixed. Without her, this two-minute incident could’ve ruin our night, but instead, now we have a beautiful memory of an issue that was outside of our control. Throughout that night, she was always there for us, by her attention to details. She was noticing small imperfections in Bride’s wedding dress while the Bride was dancing. She was fixing all those imperfections that she noticed on the fly. We didn’t even notice everything that she did, not till six months later when we were watching our wedding movie. We recommend her Wedding Day services.

I hired Kaia to handle the day of coordination for my wedding this past weekend and she came through like a champ. One of our vendors completely dropped the ball and brought the incorrect linens for our reception tables. She completely saved the day by calling one of her contacts, driving an hour and a half round trip to pick up the linens and bring them back so our wedding didn't look like a backyard BBQ! haha She ran the entire day from beginning to end, provided the timeline for all the vendors, was in communication with everyone and the entire day ran smoothly. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We absolutely LOVED Jessica and her team. One of the most important vendors you book after securing your venue, is your planner. Jessica was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process right from the very beginning. She helped us vet and book vendors, she gave us so many resources with all different FAQ's on seating charts, a fully written out timeline by month, an cute emergency kit on the day of the wedding and so SO much more. She truly brought our wedding day vision to life and never told us "no" when things weren't in budget, she would always say that she would "figure it out for us" and she ALWAYS DID! There were very random items (such as a green couch) that I had fallen in love with during the planning process and Jessica moved things around in the budget to ensure we got our green couch. She even put us in contact with a vendor she had worked with in the past to ensure we got a great deal on it. Anything we wanted, she made sure was all set for us on the wedding day. The timeline of the wedding day was so smooth and all of our other vendors was complimenting how organized everything was for them since Jessica reached out before the wedding to give them final “day of” details. My mom would not stop mentioning how she wants to get married again, just to have Jessica throw her a big party haha. I am so sad that the wedding planning process is over because I loved sending her random inspo pics from Pinterest and talking about how we could achieve the look for less money. She is the bargain QUEEN and is so extremely crafty. Jessica and her team created ALL of our signage with the beautiful boho theme that we wanted. From the "welcome sign" to the "signature drinks" sign, Jessica hand painted and dyed every single fabric we needed to match the theme. She was AMAZING!!! We will recommend her and the Pine Events Co team to every engaged couple we meet because without her our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Stephanie has been so great to work with! I work with a lot of coordinators (I've shot around 1000 weddings), and they are not always super friendly and accommodating with the other vendors, but she has been great at the weddings I’ve worked with her at. On the wedding day she arrives early and is always on top of everything all day long, tirelessly. I always arrive about 2 hours prior to my start time on the wedding day to scout the location for photography angles, lighting and so forth, and eat lunch, and Stephanie is always there super early as well. There are a lot of moving parts during a wedding, and they all need to stay on track or everything can get derailed, and she is always on top of it all. Of course prior to the wedding day she collaborates with me on the timeline and in general to make sure I have what I need on the day so that my photography will go smoothly and the couple would get what they want out of the photography. I would highly recommend hiring Stephanie and her team!!

We are so glad we hired Jenny for our wedding. All of our friends were telling us we were so calm the few weeks before our wedding and that is all because of Jenny! She was so well organized, personable and calm. She created a detailed schedule for the day and worked with our vendors to ensure everyone was aligned and had enough time. She even gave a shorter schedule for our family/wedding party so everyone knew what to expect and more importantly, where to be. Our weekly calls with her were a lot of fun! We always left feeling like we had everything under control and we knew what we needed to work on over the next week. She made sure no detail was missed. We had already planned many details with the caterer and other vendors, but she found items that we had forgotten to request and plan for, such additional linens & tables for other planned displays. On the day of, she was the point person for everything, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day with each other, friends, and family and not need to worry about anything with the event.
