Rich greeted us with a big smile, and made us feel comfortable immediately. It was as if we were catching up with a lifelong friend even though we had just met. I’ll never forget driving away from our engagement shoot and saying to my husband, “I am so grateful that we have Rich as our photographer!”. He made the experience fun and effortless, which only made us more confident in our decision to have him as our wedding photographer. About a month leading up to our wedding, Rich communicated with us often and scheduled phone calls with us so that we could go over the flow of the day.
