FOTOVOLIDA Wedding Photography

I moved to New York City from a small town in Pennsylvania when I was 18 years old to study fine art and photography at Parsons School of Design. After college I was awarded a Fulbright grant to spend a year and a half photographing life on the Greek island of Kythera. When I returned to New York I decided to start a wedding photography business that would incorporate my fine art background with a photojournalistic style of shooting, and FOTOVOLIDA was born.

What it’s like to work with me… On shoots I like to strike a balance between creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere for my clients while maintaining a professional and detail oriented drive to get all of the shots they want. What other work do I do… When its not “wedding season” I typically spend my time traveling and working on personal multimedia, photography and film projects. I have also published book of photography entitled One Year on Kythera which was awarded third place for best documentary photography book at the International Photography Awards in 2015.
