Larger events and festivals will fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events and festivals will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours.

Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day.
