The Copper Hen is a farm-to-table kitchen and bakery that specializes in making the best from-scratch, French-American comfort food. We utilize local ingredients and have a full cocktail bar to support an award-winning lineup of food and desserts. For your special day we offer two options.

Green Acres is an award winning Wedding & Event Venue conveniently located just 15 minutes southwest of Minneapolis. This lovingly restored historic barn is turnkey with all the modern amenities that include heat, air conditioning, handicap accessible elevator, surround sound, AV, wireless microphone, and theatrical lighting inside and out. Rain or shine, we can accommodate an indoor or outdoor ceremony and a seated reception indoors for up to 225 guests all year round. We have a lovely brick patio, outdoor lounge seating, a s'mores cauldron and a four sided fire pit for those perfect Minnesota evenings. Inside the barn, we have two levels: one for your cocktail/social hour and our upper/main level where the party happens! The Sinclair on Grand is Northeast Minneapolis Gem. Tucked back it offers a private setting near the heart of the city. Built in 1905, this building is located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. This event space has a great industrial vibe with some beautiful rustic elements added in to make this a perfect space to hold all types of celebrations! We offer a very raw industrial space with massive beams and high ceilings. With an outdoor ceremony space and patio, you are able to have your city wedding with a secluded feel.
