One of the biggest perks was having the venue for the entire weekend, which made setting up and enjoying our day that much easier. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities. *Weddings, Micro Weddings, & Elopement Packages* We would be honored to host your special day at the Kingsville Lodge. Our family-owned 14-acre private retreat is the perfect place to celebrate. We can accommodate up to 50 guests for your ceremony and reception, and we have everything you need. Our wedding packages include two overnight stays and use of all of our on site amenities. We can also offer event rentals, planning, photography, and other services. Just bring your creativity! Early check-in and late check-out are included so that you have all the time you need, and we can recommend wonderful local vendors to handle all the other details. Or, if you prefer, we can offer full-service packages and handle all the detalis for you. We offer custom pricing packages for off season and weekday weddings. Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. It can accomodate up to 200 guests for picnics, BBQ's, outdoor corporate gatherings, and large family reunions. The Pavilion can also be a beautiful place to get married. Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. Valley of the Eagles Event Center is a premier wedding venue in the Northeast Ohio region. Valley of the Eagles, approximately a 35-min car ride, is centrally located between Cleveland and Sandusky in Lorain County. After extensive renovation, the banquet facility debuted in late 2019 to provide full catering services for all events. Our space features massive floor-to-ceiling quarry rock walls, earthy tone cherry wood lined ceilings, oversized windows, and roll-up garage doors. Light and bright, the décor is both modern& rustic. And the spacious outdoor deck! Many ceremonies, cocktails, and father&daughter dances have graced the beautiful and lush outdoor grounds, surrounded by the panoramic view of the Black River and the golf course down below. We love providing people with a platform to make memories, whether those great memories come from a meal, a round of golf, or a special event. This is especially true when it comes to weddings, managed by our dedicated and attentive staff.

We are all-inclusive wedding venue. With our in-house catering we do not charge hall rental fee. You just pay for catering only. We offer 6 hours reception and additional hour for the ceremony. (7 hours total). We offer In-house catering, DJ, Photography, Decorations, and much more. We can hose up to 300 people and large parking.

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)
