Alex's communication was top notch between scheduled zoom calls, in person meetings, emails and texts she was always more than prompt with her responses. My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. She would reach out and get information on things for me even though I said I could do it. She knew I was putting unneccsary stress on myself and wanted to handle it for me even though I gave her an out. I may have tortured her by making her put all my escort cards on the origami cranes I made but she didn't even bat an eye lol. The two of us are usually never caught behind the camera lens, but after this experience I would choose Ashley from Five Pines time and time again to capture life’s most important moments. Ashley puts thought into every detail: from the location to the time of day to ensure the best quality pictures. For our engagement photos, our initial location did not work out, but she was quick and willing to switch locations at the last minute. “We had a terrific experience working with Meaghan and Brendon of “Far Out Feeling.” If you’ve made it this far, you already love their style – their ability to capture both candid and staged photos artfully – and we are happy to report that the photographers have personalities to match. We loved meeting them for drinks months in advance of our wedding, which gave us a nice context for one another when the day finally came (we cannot imagine, now, not knowing our wedding photographers when they arrived to take pictures of us!) We perhaps didn’t consider how crucial this feeling of comfort was, but when you think about, you do spend a tremendous portion of your wedding day with your photographers. Meaghan and Brendon felt like friends, which made even the parts of the wedding that we don’t like (posing!) feel easy, natural, and fun. We worked with Brittany Glover, who was professional, accommodating, and understood that we wanted an outstanding food experience, both for us and for our guests. We also wanted a pescatarian/vegetarian menu, which we thought would be a bit of a challenge; but Brittany gave us so many options that it never even registered that we didn't have meat. The planning was so much fun, the tasting dinner was spectacular, and we didn't have to think about a thing at the wedding itself. The catering was breathtakingly beautiful, and SO DELICIOUS. Our guests absolutely swooned over the food, and are still talking about how wonderful it was. The presentation was superb, the service outstanding, the open bar with a signature cocktail (Aperol spritz) was fantastic, the burrata bar at the cocktail hour killed, the hot stuff was hot and the cold stuff was cold, and the integration of other one-off requests of ours (one relative wanted light beer, we used a favorite baker for the wedding cake, Eric likes good rye, etc.) was seamless. Honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing. We would use Starr Catering again in a heartbeat. It's our second anniversary today, and we're so grateful to Starr Catering for helping us have the wedding we wanted. T”

“Let’s start with “WOW!” We had a music festival themed wedding with four bands so music was a critical piece of our wedding weekend and the standards were high. We interviewed over 20 bands from the NYC area and decided to go with Vitamin M after really vibing with their band leader, JJ. And boy are we glad we did! JJ worked with us to curate the perfect performance for us and our guests. “I'm a photographer and I don't bundle video, so I make referrals. Flare Hill Productions is at the top of my preferred vendors list. I've worked side by side with Jeff on many occasions and know the quality of Jeff's work from another creative's perspective. I'm also fairly familiar with his packages. Jeff makes a full length video of the ceremony and speeches using multiple camera angles as well as a highlight video. He calls this "RAW footage". (Keep that term in mind). So if you are interested in full length videos for ceremony and speeches I think he is worth a serious look. Many other videographer packages say "RAW footage", but this is often meant as all the unedited short (a few seconds or minute long) video clips that the videographer used to create a highlight video. Not Jeff! Ask to see one of his full ceremony and/or toast and speeches videos. They are very cinematic. He also does bloopers reels and best wishes which I can't tell you how many couples have really enjoyed these outtakes and personal messages to the couple. (Just take a moment to watch a few of his viral videos on social media! Jeff is also amazing at live streaming if you have friends and relatives that would like to watch the wedding live. I don't know any other videographer that creates as much value for his clients! If you're having a larger wedding of 150 or more guests, I would recommend getting two videographers with Jeff, although he works well alone too. To top it off, Jeff is a really cool human being! Jeff will not disappoint! There are not enough stars to properly rate him!!”

In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

“I was referred to Emma Cleary via a gf who had just had her wedding shot and said she did great work so I was happy to get a glowing referral while trying to source vendors. Emma was a godsend for me, because my wedding had so much that I wanted to cover, with so many moving pieces (7 musical acts, 20 performers, etc.) at so many different locations (a memorial area for first look, then over to a Park for ceremony, then a boat to an Island for the reception) via different modes of transportation (car, ferry, boat, 2nd line parade) over multiple nights (we shot both Friday -Sunday am) but her and her team came along for the entire ride and nailed it and I got AMAZING photos for every part. The lead photographer was so on it (which we needed bc we were on such a tight schedule) and the other photographers were also great and told us jokes which helped me actually get genuine smiles and helped so much during the stressful first look. My veil blew away during my photos (before the ceremony, sigh) and they were there trying to climb the tree to get it (but it was way too high up!) but A+ for effort. And the best part was that she actually SAVED my wedding... we had planned on getting married next to a carousel inside a public park, and the carousel party coordinator didn't file the required permit we needed so a hour before I walked down the aisle the park rangers came in and forced the setup/guests out. Emma knew the owner of a nearby restaurant where she had shot wedding photos before and asked the owner if we could use in front of his restaurant (facing the water) as a ceremony site. If that had not happened then who knows where I would have gotten married. She worked with my wedding planner and my guests (and us too!) had a place to have our ceremony last second... she was a total life saver during such a stressful and important moment. And then at the end once we received the photos, my favorite part was the light editing which was just the right amount, not too fake, so was perfect. Some of the photos dont even look like we are in a city which I just loved loved loved and had said I wanted, and then when we wanted city or actions shots she got those too so we had options of everything we did in every way. There is one shot where she got the end of our first dance and it looks like we are in a Broadway play! Anyways, as you could tell I couldnt have recommended any more bc she has so many years of experience it helped us with not only capturing the moments perfectly, and in a perfect way, it also helped us bc she knows all the wedding venues and wedding industry people and I never realized how much that plays a part in booking vendors.”

“Of all of the decisions that we made during the wedding planning process choosing Denida of Denida Seybert Photography was hands down our BEST! Hello, I’m Denida! My sons are the inspiration for my love of photography. My first camera was a prize I won at a marketing job for going above my quota. I fell in love with that camera, and photography, at first use. Since then, I have made it my mission to continue improving myself and my photography skills. My favorite things about photography are documenting special moments in people’s lives, and seeing their faces light up when they see their pictures.
