Our beer wagon is outfitted with 5 quality tap lines and a pressure system to make sure it's a perfect pour, every time, and our refrigeration unit keeps the beer well chilled. Our rental would include delivery/pick up to the event location, us setting it up on site with our standard decorations and getting your kegs inside tapped and flowing. We are not an alcohol distributor which means that you will need to provide your kegs and have them on site for us to set up.

We care and ensure the best quality service for your big day! Our wagon is hassle-free and is always the center of conversation for any event. The Beer Wagon Co. has been providing the best memories since 2019.

    The Beer Wagon Company was an outstanding choice for my brother’s 30th birthday bash. From the moment we booked them, Forrest and his team were prompt, professional and courteous in all of our communications and even helped us determine how much beer we needed for our guest list. On the day of the event, the team arrived on time with the most gorgeously decorated wagon. My brother and I loved it. The wagon kept the beers cold and refreshing throughout the day and into the night, and all of our guests raved about the selection. I would highly recommend The Beer Wagon Company to anyone looking to host a party or event. They truly contributed to making my brother’s birthday one for the books.

    The beer wagon was an absolute hit. Not only did they provide fantastic drink for the party but the decor of the wagon really tied it all together as a bonus. I would not have a future party without the beer wagon.

    The Beer Wagon was the perfect addition to our big backyard event. It was so nice not having to worry about transporting ice and then tending to it to make sure the kegs stay cold. Our guests were loving the ability to go up and serve themselves and getting a cold pour every time, but most importantly no waiting in a long bar line!!!! We also appreciated the option of being able to do beer and hard seltzers. I would definitely use this vendor again for our next big event. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the event. It’s a no brainer, book the wagon!!!!

    TBWC was recommended to us by a friend who had been to a party they serviced. We trusted their opinion, and are so glad we did! They arrived right on time, had plenty of time to set up and get the wagon just the way we wanted it. It was so easy and the guests absolutely loved it. Instead of worrying about cans and bottles and coolers, our guests were able to just get a drink at their leisure. It gave us so much less to worry about. We didn't have to worry about hiring a bartender and having 3 of the 5 taps open meant no one had to wait around to get a drink. After the party, they came back and picked up the wagon and it was like it was never there. Nothing left to clean up or put away, just tied up the garbage bags of solo cups and that was it! 10/10, would use them for any and every event we have going forward!
