“My fiancé and I loved working with Lucia! She did an engagement photo session with us, and the whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. She set up a video call to get to know us, get a sense for who we were and what we were looking for, and then was super helpful and communicative when picking a location for the shoot. She was able to share sites she had used before with photos from those locations, and she shared input from other photographers on locations we thought of that she hadn't used before. When we started looking for a photographer we were apprehensive about the whole thing because we're both by nature pretty awkward in front of a camera, but she made us super comfortable and you can tell how relaxed we were when looking at the photos. We genuinely had family members say "now that's what I think of when I picture you two" when they saw our photos. She even asked for some of our favorite music and had it playing when we started, which was super thoughtful! For the shoot itself, she gave us plenty of direction but was also really collaborative and open to any of our ideas for poses or shots or areas of the location to use. We were worried on the way to the shoot because it was rainy when we first showed up at the park, but right away she had ideas for how to still find usable areas and took some great shots, and even had some clear umbrellas that made for a cute look. When the rain let up, we were able to get some wide shots that really took advantage of the location and she did a fantastic job of editing out the groups of oblivious sightseers that walked into frame. The photos definitely capture us as a couple and showcased the location we chose. After the session we got our preview gallery back in record time. She told us she was going out of town on a family trip a few days after our shoot but she'd get our preview turned around before she left so that we didn't have to wait, and she totally delivered (and probably 3x the amount she promised, so she even overdelivered). We got the full gallery back exactly when she said, and they all look amazing; we loved the experience and the photos we get to share with family and friends.”

“Fresh Take was absolutely amazing!! We had a small wedding (70 people) with people mostly in their 30s and 60s. They played an awesome mix of genres that kept everyone dancing all night long. We keep hearing from everyone how much they loved our band. I also want to note how great they are to work with. Daniel was so professional and enthusiastic. He made us feel special and accommodated our preferences. Our venue had not great acoustics, and we were worried they might be too loud in the space. But when I let them know about this concern, they were so careful with the sound check. The volume and energy were perfect. The vocalist is absolutely stunning. She sang a "last dance" song for us that had everyone in tears. Very highly recommend.”

“Working with OMGee for a last minute booking for our team was a dream. They connected with me and confirmed my team’s arrival, start, and finish time, as well as precise directions to the couples family farm! The biggest difference I noticed was that prior to sending me the timeline for the wedding day, they took everything that I requested with the bride and incorporated it fully. Meaning, as opposed to a “schedule” I have found over 22 years of doing weddings that rather than a schedule it’s best to have everyone who is receiving services be there at the start time, (except flower girls and elderly grandparents.) This allows us to rotate between hair and makeup and it keeps a relaxed atmosphere and a flow of never having an empty chair. Sometimes half of the battle for me as an owner is to get this point across too many other planners. Since my team and I are usually the first vendors that the bride sees, it is imperative that we start on time and finish on time to pass the “baton“ to the next vendors, such as photographers, videographers, and florist on time. “TLDR: I could not have picked a better photographer and I truly believe that Annie would be perfect for absolutely anyone. Her energy is infectious in a way that really brings up your excitement levels but also keeps your anxiety down. My husband is very introverted and was really worried about photos, but she kept him comfortable and in his element in a way I truly don’t believe anyone else would have. As for myself, I felt beautiful and gorgeous the entire time because of her and her partner. For the work she did and the amount of effort she puts into our photos, I believe her prices are incredibly fair. If anything, she’s undercutting herself. I will absolutely be recommending Annie to anyone and everyone. Now for the longer part of the review! We got married on May 30th, 2024 and we were doing our wedding a little differently. Instead of doing private vows or doing our vows at the ceremony, we did our vows at our rehearsal dinner. That is also when we allowed friends and family to come up and say something. The reason we did this route is because my husband is introverted and not a public speaker while I am the complete opposite. He also really wanted to see my walk down the aisle as our first look instead of a private look. Me, on the other hand, wanted at least our family and close friends to witness our vows. So we compromised! On top of it being two separate days, I was very adamant that I wanted two photographers along with wanting to capture the little things, such as my grandparents holding hands or our friends doing silly things at a table. I don’t mind staged photos, but I really wanted more natural focused shots. It was surprisingly difficult to find someone who was able to both days and within our price range. When we stumbled upon Annie, it felt like fate. She was so easy to figure things out with. Instead of an engagement photo session, she was happy to do our rehearsal dinner instead. She was there for any questions I had and the forms she had us fill out were super detailed! It really helped getting our thoughts together and deciding what was most important for our wedding. The day before the wedding, she vibed so well with everyone at the rehearsal dinner. She even got perfect photos of our dogs, who are honestly like our children. The day of the wedding, Annie and her second photographer (who I’ve completely blanked on the name, my fault for taking so long to write a review!) were amazing. Every single one of our friends had compliments for them and just LOVED their energy. Annie kept me calm and collected while the second was fully invested in my husband. I don’t think the wedding would have gone as smoothly without those two. The photos I received back? Better than I could ever dream of. Truly. They got beautiful shots of my grandparents dancing, my dad talking to one of his nephews, his mom talking with his brother. Just candid shots that looked real and natural. I am unbelievably so happy with Annie and the work she put in for us. Photographs are one of the most important things for me at our wedding and she truly blew it out of the park.We thank her for all her work from the bottom of our hearts and will always cherish the memories she gave us.”
