The New Holland Parlor wedding venue is a historical building located in Gainesville, Ga meant for a couple searching for a venue that is simply like no other. As you walk from room to room (or even while you walk on water) you’ll be surrounded by crumbling brick, broken plaster, and 100 year old tile and wood floors. The industrial vibe is accompanied by midcentury furniture and romantic modern touches that bring back a sense of the 1920s while still remaining elegant, modern, and timeless. Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. You are welcome to talk with the great people who are here to serve you and your guests on your wedding day. Tastings of baked goods, dinner and appetizer options, décor for the reception and ceremony spaces will be set up as well as some additional vendors outside of our packages are here for you to meet and work with.

Creating happiness runs in our family. Our ancestors established this property in 1826. We named our venue this because we treasure the history of this space, and know there were many long, happy marriages on this land. There are several natural backdrops from which to choose for your ceremony; a log barn built in the 1820s, under an oak tree that is almost 200 years old, next to the pond on the dock, or by the large barn with a few curious horses behind you. Then walk across the green grass to your celebration under a tent, with or without a dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs and linens of your choosing.

Agape Acres, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Agape Acres sits on 43 acres of rolling pastures and is surrounded by woods. This idyllic estate provides breathtaking views and rural tranquility. The grounds abound with horses, a miniature donkey and verdant trees, making this a storybook setting. Agape is Greek for love, reflecting this venue’s commitment to creating a romantic and atmospheric location to celebrate timeless love stories. Large or intimate ceremonies can be held anywhere on the lawns, inside the barn, at the pavilion, or the gazebo overlooking the pond. Inside the barn couples will find a spacious design for dinner, dancing and celebrating. The elegant 2-story barn has a bar & lounge with leather sofas, a wrap-around deck on the top floor, and glittering chandeliers. Outside, the covered pavilion makes for an excellent site to hold receptions during the warm summer months, or even on a crisp autumn evening.

Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city. Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. You might not know this about us, but we are actually an exotic deer farm. There are over 80 Sika and Fallow Deer that roam freely on our property. Our farm is also home to alpacas, donkeys, emus, horses, and a few swans. The animals on our farm are like family to us. They sometimes even join our guests for a photo or two! While we are a farm, our space is everything but your typical barn wedding. We classify ourselves as rustic-elegance.
