Vanderbilt Lakeside offers thoughtfully curated stays and events in a welcoming gathering space, with custom in-house food and bar packages. Charming, versatile, and ideal for group getaways, retreats, and celebrations of all sizes—from intimate dinner parties, to large scale gatherings and bespoke weddings. ​ The space itself is a newly redesigned, large (6000 SF) house. It was originally built in the 1800s. The outdoor areas can also be incorporated for your event--our deck and yard are completely open-air; you would be welcome to work with a third-party rental company to have a tent set up, if of interest. Including the outdoor areas, we have the following approximate Capacity for Events: *Seated Dinner with a Ceremony: 100 guests *Seated Dinner without a Ceremony (or with a ceremony that has fewer guests in attendance): 130 *Cocktail Party with or without a Ceremony: up to 150 guests

Hyland Orchard is a magical spot to say 'I Do'! The experience begins with a wagon ride whisking your guests to the perfect spot atop the Orchard of over a thousand apple trees, with views of three neighboring towns. After the Ceremony, is the Pavilion Reception. The Pavilion has sliding walls- which means your 'outdoor' wedding is rainproof! The Pavilion has lights strung throughout to create an unmatched rustic ambiance. Our one-of-a-kind property shines with features including a raw edge custom wood bar, large stone fire pit, sprawling lawn, a barnyard crew (lovable mini horses, goats and a llama), a greenhouse with adjacent floral gardens and acres upon acres for amazing photo opportunities! Nestled in the sleepy Equinox Valley where the cloud’s kiss lingers on the mountains, our exquisitely restored 250-year-old farm rests along Vermont’s famed Battenkill River. Frost Moon Mountain is located in Manchester Center just a few hours North of New York City and Northwest of Boston. Once a working farm, the remnants of our agricultural history provide an air of nostalgia so prominent it’s palpable. Though the horse’s stalls are gone, we’ve preserved Frost Moon Mountain’s heritage by retaining much of its original charm while updating amenities to today’s contemporary standards of comfort and luxury. Our peaceful mountain escape combines bohemian sensibility with rustic radiance - the perfect backdrop for any event or gathering.

The Caboose is the historic long barn located right next to our sister restaurant, Kitty’s, right across from the river in Hudson, NY. Soon, it will be a dynamic space with a wine shop and culinary native garden, as well as a stunning 3500 square foot event space. We have worked with a team of ecologically-centered architects and designers to make a space that is as beautiful as it is environmentally friendly.

When you get married at Basilica Hudson, you can use the entire building, configured to your vision within any of our multiple spaces — Main Hall, North Hall, West Wing, and outdoor spaces (7,000 square feet indoors; 10,000 square feet outdoors). Basilica Hudson offers ample indoor restrooms and plenty of onsite parking. So why is Basilica Hudson such a unique and special wedding venue? The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.
