Inside our recently renovated 1904 historic building there is a quaint bar and lounge that exudes rustic charm, move in a little further and the historic hall area is begging to be filled with dancing and joy. We offer many flexible Food and Beverage options to fit any budget or vision for your wedding. Come meet us for a tour, see a show after and try some of our delicious smoker based menu. We promise you will be as taken by the charm of this special place as much as we are.

We could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out at Trout Lake Hall. The Hall is an amazing spot with tons of character and Ray, Tiara, and Dana (the TLH team) were super professional and easy to work with. Tiara's attention to detail with her decor and sense of style were impeccable. Between the decor they had set up, to the ceremony site. to the food and bar - they completely blew our expectations out of the water. Trout Lake Hall made our wedding so perfect and memorable - and I couldn't recommend this venue more.

What an amazing experience we had! Truly the most accommodating, friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. The venue is absolutely beautiful at all times of the year, and the staff is extremely prepared for any sort of weather change in a matter of minutes. Zoe was immediately welcoming & wonderful to work with, and helped to explain everything to us every step of the way. Reasonably priced, all-inclusive, customizable packages - we so appreciated only having to coordinate with 2 outsourced vendors!! The food was -delicious-, the bartenders were friendly and professional, and the clean up crew was so organized, efficient and kind. The getting ready experience was one of the most memorable parts of the day; Sarah was hands on & made sure we had snacks, bubbles, and anything we needed! Our day-of coordinator Alexandria was hands down, -incredible- in every sense of the word. Because of her expertise, the day flowed effortlessly without a single slip up; I had even forgotten my flowers up in the balcony, was literally walking down the aisle, and the -second- I turned the corner, she appeared with them out of nowhere and placed them in my hands. (I’m not kidding, it felt like a movie experience). My wife and I truly couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience for our wedding. Thank you, Empress Estate!

We were so pleased with our beautiful wedding at Georgetown Ballroom! Danielle was incredible to work with and kept us on track every step of the way. From venue selection to many months of planning to day-of execution, the entire event ran smoothly and our guests keep telling us how much they loved it. You will adore the quirky fun murals from Seattle Muralist, Henry Art. 48 COMPLIMENTARY parking spaces in SEATTLE- that alone is worth the book! On top of that, you have such a unique space with a DREAM TEAM of visionaries in Paul and Stephanie Staley. Not only are they super creatives, you get Farm to Table Catering included with them- as they are both Chefs! You can choose all of your vendors ( even Catering, but why would you want to with amazing Chefs in house ready to create your dream wedding menu!) They are absolutely one of our go to locations for recommendations. The space will continue to be revitalized and I’m so happy that the Staleys have brought this beauty back to life from the Ashes. We loved working with the team at HGI Redmond for our wedding welcome party and farewell brunch. April was incredible to work with from day one - she helped us organize two events in two different spaces that both exceeded our expectations in every way. The welcome party was in the HGI's banquet event space, which is an indoor/outdoor space that includes a patio with fireplaces and heaters. We used the indoor space for dinner, and the outdoor space for drinks and pictures. The patio was the star of the show since it was a nice summer evening. They also have an AV setup for you to play music, a projector for slideshows, and microphones for speeches. Elliott, the event manager, did an incredible job wrangling all of the event needs and making sure everything ran smoothly, and some of the event staff even helped us iron the table linens and bring our floral centerpieces back up to our hotel room after the event. The farewell brunch was in the downstairs library area, which was such a cute and cozy space for our guests to say goodbye in. Both events had excellent food - the HGI's in-house catering was amazing, they were able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free), and were extremely flexible in handling all our requests and needs. Overall, the staff, food, and event spaces were all amazing and we're so glad we went with HGI Redmond for our wedding events!

The Graduate Seattle was the perfect venue for our wedding rehearsal dinner and accommodations for our out-of-town guests. Their event coordinator was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, making planning a breeze even from out of state. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with beautiful, modern rooms that wowed our guests. The Mountaineering Club on the top floor was the ideal space for our rehearsal dinner. The outdoor space and views of Seattle were one of a kind. Our guests raved about the delicious food. The central location right off campus put everyone close to all the wedding activities too. We highly recommend The Graduate Seattle - they made our wedding weekend smooth and special through their fantastic communication, event space and lodging.
