The Vinton War Memorial is owned and operated by the Town of Vinton and often hosts public events at the venue. The Vinton War Memorial was originally conceived as the centerpiece of an 11.5-acre park that could be enjoyed by the community while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country during World War II. The park was completed in 1946 and the two-story brick building known as the Vinton War Memorial was dedicated and opened to the public on August 20, 1948. Initially, it included the town's library, small meeting rooms, and the Dogwood Ballroom.

Located on the top floor of the historic City Market Building, Charter Hall is at the heart of Downtown Roanoke Virginia. The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. The lodge has a top floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. Belle Garden Estate is a luxury, outdoor, historic wedding venue. We are located in Wirtz, VA. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Roanoke and 15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have beautiful mountain views, inviting gardens, and multiple scenic ceremony sites.

The cottage is separated into 3 levels, two bedchambers, two full baths, library, atrium, full kitchen, woodburning stoves and upper and lower patios with an outdoor stone fireplace.
