The Drowned Lands Brewery is located in the epicenter of the “black dirt region” - Warwick, NY. The region takes its name from the unusually dark hue of its extremely fertile soil, leftover from an ancient glacial lake bottom and augmented by decades of past flooding of the Wallkill River.

Locust Grove Estate is an unforgettable setting for weddings throughout the year, overlooking the Hudson River that combines the charm of the 19th century with the comfort of the 21st. Our West Gallery, located in the Arts-&-Crafts style Museum Pavilion, offers a unique setting for weddings. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and three walls of windows and French doors providing access to the estate’s 200 acres of gardens and grounds. The West Gallery comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing, while the adjacent Garden Lawn may also be rented for a ceremony overlooking the perennial gardens. For your convenience, the rental includes tables and chairs, a caterer’s kitchen, air conditioning, ample restroom facilities, and easy parking. Locust Grove only schedules one event each evening, so you and your guests are assured privacy.

Dinner is held in Armor Hall. Capacity there is capped at 130 guests, including a small band and dance floor in the Hall. If you choose to locate the dance floor nearby in the adjacent Mark Twain Room, then capacity increases to a limit of 180 guests. Weddings at Wave Hill take place only in the evening, with guests arriving after the gardens have closed to the general public. Only one evening event is booked per date to ensure your event is private and exclusive. The Montclair Bread Company has been open since 2012. Rabble Rise, the new identity of Montclair Bread Company, is a retail and wholesale doughnut bakery, event space, and caterer. This historic Japanese garden and summer cottage were built at the turn of the last century. A private estate spanning 125 acres of gardens, fields, streams, mountains and trails, it has remained in the same family all this time. The garden is recognized as an important example of the Japanese “strolling” garden from that era. Because the estate remains in private hands, it is made available by the family for special occasions on a limited basis (2-3 ceremonies per year) The venue includes the Japanese garden and the surrounding meadows and fields. If you are looking for a location for a formal wedding ceremony and reception or a destination wedding site for enjoyment with guests over a long weekend of fun, hiking, fly-fishing etc., this venue offers rare access to an exclusive, one-of-a-kind destination. This restored metal works factory, located at 26 Bridge St. was built in 1912 and boasts some of the most magnificent original craftsmanship in our portfolio. The beautiful shell, once a foundry still contributes to the architectural character of the DUMBO Historic District. This landmark building has been restored into a unique event location with more than 8,000 sq. ft. of total space

Built in 1891, the renovated The Dumbo Loft is an adaptable space with high ceilings, beautiful wood columns, hardwood flooring, and exposed brick walls. The loft’s large windows overlook the interior of the magnificent district of DUMBO with original cobblestone streets and expansive Manhattan Bridge archways. Brooklyn Bridge Park, only a few steps away makes for tremendous photos and outdoor ceremonies.

The Bridgepoint event space is a 2,500 sq. ft. renovated roofdeck in DUMBO Brooklyn that has breathtaking views of the Manhattan Skyline and both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. This contemporary build is a stark contrast from some of our rustic offerings which features, white marble tile with grey, black and gold tones throughout.

Camped out here in the Hudson Valley, just one hour upriver from New York City, The Spruces is a wife-and-husband team of elegant weirdos who have been foolishly inspired to transform their nearly 200-year-old country estate into a New American Clubhouse for Leisure & Community Arts.
