We are nestled in Huntersville just outside of Charlotte, NC. We have several rooms to choose from to accommodate all party sizes. Our Magnolia Ballroom seats up to 225 guests and includes a large covered patio with a casual feel. The patio can be used as a Wedding Ceremony space or a gather space for meetings or other events. The Magnolia Commons is an open event space that will fit up to 60 guests. Our on-site caterer, Savory Moments will provide decadent meals for any occasion. Located thirty miles North of Charlotte North Carolina, Carrigan Farms is a real farm that grows delicious fruits and vegetables such as asparagus, lettuce, sweet corn, strawberries, apples, pumpkins and more. Hunter House & Gardens is a beautifully restored Colonial Revival farmhouse. Built in 1913, the home is listed on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Register of Historic Places. The farmhouse estate sits on over 2+ acres of land, with one acre dedicated for parking, offering gracious settings for all types of events from large to small weddings, corporate gatherings, and bridal showers. With plantings of more than 200 trees since purchasing the property in 2017, the owners are committed to preserving the last remaining 2+ acres of what was once a vast 3,200-acre homesite/farmland. The gardens paint a magical setting located in and around the farmhouse estate. The garden offers the perfect place to hold a wedding or gathering in our 3,200 sq foot tent with a seating capacity of 300; tent sides and dance floor are also available.
