Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

Gorman Heritage Farm is a 122-acre educational working farm that offers scenic options to celebrate with family and friends. In addition to our outdoor ceremony sites and indoor reception venues we offer weddings and receptions under a tent on our beautiful lawn near the Education Center! We can offer tents to accommodate up to 200 guests. Our beautiful park also offers smaller venues for more intimate affairs! We are booking dates through 2024.

Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend hiring an event planner however they are not required but can be helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.

We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne.
