From the moment we first arrived to view the lodge, my wife and I knew this was the place we were going to get married. The property is gorgeous, the pond and the woods make the ideal background for your wedding pictures! The lodge it self is also incredible, from the amount of space to all of the entertainment in the game room to keep the little ones occupied. Sharyn and her crew were incredible to work with and made sure that everything was perfect before we arrived. Having an all inclusive location was a huge deal for us and the lodge provided everything we dreamt of!

The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. In 2012-2013, it was renovated to restore its original structure. Wagon wheel chandeliers and a unique bar constructed from French wine barrels and the original barn doors were added. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets. We have tables, chairs, white china, flatware, ivory or white linen tablecloths and white napkins, burlap runners, mason jars or water glasses, bridal dressing room, and much more. Faraone Brothers Catering offers wonderful food and service. Alcohol is permitted, with use of certified bartenders and licensed security personnel. The barn is a short drive from multiple hotels and B&B's and it has easy access from I-80, I-79, and PA 376. Pittsburgh is less than an hour away.

Freedom Farms is such a joy to work with for so many reasons! I personally love the attention to detail that Keating puts in even BEFORE the wedding day occurs. This is one of the few venues that checks in with vendors to ensure they have everything they need leading up to an event - It really shows how much they are truly invested in the overall outcome of the day. I have to first start this review by speaking about Maggie. When we decided to book a month/day of coordinator I’m not sure what we expected but Maggie was above and beyond anything we imagined. She was kind, so organized, and did so many behind the scenes things that I’m genuinely touched by her attention to detail and her effort on our wedding day. My husband and I felt like we were able to truly be present with our loved ones on our day because of Maggie and the Harper team, which was so important to us. She made our wedding vision come to life and I was blown away seeing everything put together that we planned for over a year. I knew after the first conversation my husband and I had with Maggie that she would be on top of everything on the big day and handle any issues that could arise. For as much as you plan, things pop up and you’re going to want to go with a person who can handle things with grace. That’s Maggie and the Harper team. As someone who wasn’t sure if a day of coordinator was necessary, after booking with Maggie - that decision was the best one we made. Every venue would be so lucky to have their own Maggie. About the Harper Event Venue itself- If lived in PA I would be annoyingly recommending them to my neighbors but the next best thing I can do is write this review and say that as an out of town bride I am beyond thankful we booked The Harper for our wedding. It was our dream venue, it has a beautiful outdoor area where we had the ceremony facing the pond and our pictures turned our gorgeous with the modern farmhouse style of the venue. We loved that it’s a “blank canvas” inside that we could create our own style which made the planning process more fun. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and I’m so happy we got married at The Harper. If you’re considering The Harper, don’t wait- book this venue asap! I wish we lived in PA so we could attend more weddings there!

The Grand Estate At Hidden Acres was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was direct, collaborative, efficient, and trustworthy - exactly what we needed to ensure everything went smoothly. It was absolutely wonderful waking up to a homemade breakfast by the owners and getting ready in there exquisite bridalsuite. The venue itself was spectacular, with an elegant and whimsical atmosphere that captivated all of our guests. Having djed at hundreds of event venues over the past 33 years, The Oaks is right at the top of my list of favorite venues. First the acoustics in the place are phenominal. Theresa and Bobby, the owners, are wonderful to work with. Communications with the event hall staff is always prompt, professionial and courteous. I can not say enough about this place!!! I thoroughly enjoy djing at this place.

We loved having our wedding at The Metroplex Expo Center. The venue offers a huge, open space which allowed us flexibility in designing the layout and decor exactly how we envisioned for our special day. Throughout the planning process, the venue coordinator was very responsive via email and phone, answering all of our questions promptly. On the wedding day, the staff worked seamlessly with our other vendors like the caterer, florist, and DJ to ensure everything flowed smoothly. The team was organized and attentive to details. Their expertise and coordination were invaluable in reducing stress so we could truly enjoy our celebration with family and friends.

The team at The Kelly Ballroom were outstanding for our January 2023 wedding. Jamie, Jeremy, and their staff made sure all our needs were met both leading up to and during our big day. They were extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and flexible to our requests. The wait/bar staff all served with a smile and we even had our own personal servers to help us carry plates back to the sweetheart table. The food was not your typical catered wedding food, offering a good variety with great taste. Very fairly priced venue and services. Overall 10/10 would recommend it for your next event. We got married at Sewickley Quarter on 9/16/23. It was the absolute most perfect day and I would highly recommend getting married there! Hannah is an amazing asset to the venue - she was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. She went to in person vendor meetings with me, gave recommendations on which vendors to book, helped me decide on food and decor choices when I couldn't decide on my own, and called the vendors to ensure proper timelines. I truly would have been lost without her and her team. We initially chose the venue when it was brand new and they have only continued to make more and more beautiful since then. Each space is decorated so beautifully and makes for the perfect background for all of your photos. I loved that we didnt have to rent plates/silverwear/glassware unlike other venues and that the tent was included in the price. The main ceremony/reception area felt like the perfect size - we were close to all of our guests and be together with everyone, but not too crowded. We also loved that it was nestled in the beautiful town of Sewickley which is such a cute destination for out of town guests. The food was fantastic. Our guests loved all of their food - from appetizers to the salad to the main course. They allow you to choose your own custom cocktails on tap which is such a fun and unique detail. The drinks taste and look absolutely amazing. The staff was polite and accommodating. They were very accommodating to dietary restrictions as well. All of my vendors raved about how easy it was to work with Hannah and how organized setup was on the wedding day. SQ also works with Day Of for wedding day coordination and our coordinator Katie was a so sweet and helpful and made the whole day go by smoothly. My husband and I felt so special and loved - truly they made us feel like celebrities. Overall, it was the best day of our lives thanks to Sewickley Quarter, all of their staff, and all of our amazing vendors. We cannot thank them enough.

Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding. Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.
