Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

We have 6 luxurious guest rooms on the second floor; and on the first floor, there are various gathering places just to relax. And the fireplace is a must see! Rockfield Manor is a historic venue located in Bel Air MD. The Manor sits on 55 acres of perfectly landscaped gardens featuring 2 ceremony locations (Barn or Garden) Vintage chic indoor open floor plan venue with outdoor climate-controlled patio area. Rockfield Manor is a Non- Profit Venue all proceeds go back into maintaining the estate gardens, grounds and 104 year old manor. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.
