They work alongside Joe and Dory to help this family business thrive. In 2018, Summit welcomes Chef Kevin to their team to work alongside Joe. Our event planners, Alysa and Tori, will be with you from booking to executing your wedding day. They work 24/7 to ensure you a stress-free wedding planning experience. Anthony T. Marshall Personal chef and Catering was established in 2019. Born and raised in Philadelphia, I have been cooking since the age of eleven. Master BBQ, Seafood, and Soulfood Cuisines. I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking. (it's a culture) I have developed trust and transparency through cooking by better understanding of inclusion. understanding my food culture, and also other food cultures. loving and respecting all equally.
