Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop. We can host up to 75 guests for a full-scale wedding, 100 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 150 reception style, the 11th floor space will be ideal for your private event or exclusive rehearsal dinner. Built in 1928, the Piedmont Room was first the home of the clubhouse for the golf course that resided within Piedmont Park. Now, it hosts some of Atlanta’s most memorable occasions. Upstairs Atlanta is a raw space with industrial and rustic finishes that can be tailored to fit the style or theme of any event. The open space has an arched concrete ceiling anchored by vaulted skylight windows with white brick and concrete floors throughout. The building also features an upstairs cocktail lounge, a large covered patio flanking the reception space and a lower level outdoor terrace. Built in 1904, Rhodes Hall has been an Atlanta landmark for generations. It is one of only two historic mansions left on Peachtree Street. While it was originally the residence of Rhodes Furniture founder Amos Rhodes, today it is a house museum and one of the most unique venues in Atlanta for social and corporate events. Mr. Rhodes called his gorgeous house “Le Réve" (French for "The Dream), and it's easy to see why! With its original hand-painted murals, intricate tile fireplaces, imposing floor to ceiling mantles, beautiful columns, stunning African Mahogany staircase, and original turn-of-the-century furniture, Rhodes Hall is unlike any other wedding venue in the city! Take a tour of the house and learn more about its history and how you can host your next event at Atlanta’s “Castle on Peachtree."

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.
