We raise bees, grass-fed beef and free-range pigs and grow tree fruit, berries and vegetables. “I had a wonderful wedding thanks to Patrick and his family. It unfortunately rained but we were able to move things around to accommodate, Patrick and his family were very helpful with setting things up. I recommend hiring a good tent company the one I used I wasn’t happy with. The bridal suite and barn was a great touch that helped a lot with the rain and getting ready. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a simple, rustic, organic, all natural wedding.”

Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week from November - April. We offer two getting ready suites, 6 options for outdoor / covered ceremony + cocktail hour locations, 6 gender neutral restrooms, option to bring in your own caterer, affordable bar package options, one event per day and so much added value including our Something Borrowed Collection, stocked bathroom baskets + mini fridge in each getting ready suite with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, snack basket and coffee bar stations! Pipe Dream Brewing is the perfect spot for your small wedding, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, engagement party & more! Our 1,000 sqft. room includes 2 private bathrooms, 9 tap lines, multi-color LED light setup, 50" TV and has a view of the inside of the Brewery! There is room for a band or DJ, or we have a 1600 Watt sound system with an Ipad for a more simple music set up! Our Event Manager will walk you through all the possibilities, and our Head Chef will work with dietary restrictions! We currently do not offer desserts, so you can bring in your own cake/cupcakes!

“My husband and I have always loved visiting breweries and are big craft beer fans. When I saw that Pipe Dream had an event room, we knew that we had to have our reception there. Pipe Dream made my wedding affordable, unique, and memorable. The space is beautiful, and they encourage you to add your personal touch with your own decorations. We were able to use their amazing sound system to play our reception music with all of our favorite songs, but there is space for a DJ if you decide to go that route! Beyond the space being absolutely perfect, the staff is what really made our wedding so special. Their event coordinator Morgan was very responsive, easy to work with, and flexible. It was very apparent she wanted us to have the best day possible, and is passionate about what she does. Our personal bartender and Chef Corey made the evening flow flawlessly. They have a large catering menu, so we decided to go with a variety of pizza and salad. Our food was out on time, and the pizza was warm for all of our guests. We also love that they have a wide variety of beer / seltzer that even non beer drinkers can enjoy. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and the overall experience! If you're thinking about having a small intimate wedding, I could not recommend Pipe Dream enough!”
