We are able to provide accommodation on-site in 2 luxury apartments; 4 rooms, 4 beds, 2 sofa-beds, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 TVs, 2 mini-fridges, some amenities, high-speed wifi and a big free parking lot. Get married at the romantic Asheville known as the Paris of the South, a place full of art, culture, and good craft beer, and 18 min. away from the magnificent mountains of the Blue Ridge Pkwy.

Our post-and-beam Granary offers warm elegance with ample indoor entertaining space to accommodate your guests. Rain plan? We have you covered. The large covered veranda overlooks our scenic lake with sweeping mountain views. In the evening, guests can relax in Adirondack chairs by our hand-forged kettle-style fire pit. We are conveniently located minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Maryville.

The Barn at Pollard Grove is a gorgeous, yet rustic wedding venue located in Kodak, Tennessee. Nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the venue provides six acres of scenic views, multiple event spaces, and an accommodating staff.
