Our building is fed 100% outside air through a multifilter system which include MERV 8 prefilters and MERV 15 final filters at the rooftop units. When the air hits each floor, it is filtered again through a MERV 13 filter at the floor distribution boxes. Our top priority is to ensure your safety and the safety of your guests while dining at Catalyst.

For many years, Mamma Maria has built a unique reputation for distinctive and memorable private events.
