About this venue
Tucked away in the picturesque countryside of Preston, CT, Maple Lane Farms offers a charming and serene setting for your wedding day. Spanning 325 acres of natural beauty, this historic farm has been cultivating Christmas trees, lettuce, and other crops since 1978. Now, its beautifully restored barn and 18th-century colonial-style house provide a warm and inviting space for couples to say "I do." One of the farm’s most cherished offerings is exclusive access to the property for the entire weekend, allowing couples to relax, enjoy, and celebrate without feeling rushed. Maple Lane Farms is conveniently located near many hotels as well as the two largest casinos in the world, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun.

A Rustic & Romantic Setting for Your Wedding
The Barn offers both an indoor and an outdoor space. For an indoor celebration, The Barn offers approximately 2,000 square feet for seating up to 100 guests. You can take advantage of the simplicity of the space to create a custom-tailored event. The outdoor space that is adjacent to The Barn can accommodate a tent with a maximum of 180 attendees. The surrounding lawn and pond makes for a perfect setting for an outside wedding ceremony. The panoramic views establish the perfect backdrop for your wedding or event photos. You can enjoy the freedoms of choosing your own vendors for the services needed for your event. The Barn can recommend premier caterers and vendors upon request. The Country House, is available as part of your wedding package, offering a cozy retreat for up to 12 guests—the perfect addition to your destination celebration.

Amazing Weekend at Maple Lane!
We had our wedding last weekend at Maple Lane and we are still blown away by how amazing it was. Kim and Allyn were so helpful not only in the months, weeks, and days leading up, but were on site helping ensure things ran smoothly on the day of. The grounds are gorgeous and a beautiful backdrop to any celebration. We chose to include the 1791 House for our bridal party and we all agreed- it was one of the coolest places to stay. Being able to walk across the street in between tasks was awesome and there was plenty of space for everyone. At the start of our search for a venue, we felt very discouraged by the hefty price tags and preferred vendor lists. Maple Lane was incredibly affordable for our budget- even including the accommodations for our bridal party. Whether you're looking for an indoor event, or a large tented outdoor event like us- this place should definitely be on the top of your list. We only toured one venue, Maple Lane, and we instantly fell in love.

The barn was an amazing place! Guests loved the vibe, the owners were so easy to work with an just all around great people who did nothing but support us through the entire process and especially on the wedding day!
