Shots out to Alexis and Aiza because we spoke with them the most and they were just amazing! I would give the venue a 10 and recommend it to others. Firefly Gardens is family owned and operated. We offer 3 packages. No matter which package fits your needs, we only do host one event a day as we offer a 15 hour rental of 9am to midnight. Our packages include reception chairs, tables, ceremony chairs, choice of 43 polyester floor length tablecloths, up to two bartenders and two officers for 5 hours, cleaning after your event, one staff member during the entire rental , event liability insurance, beautiful landscape grounds, and much more.

Melanie & Miranda were an awesome team! They answered all our questions & gave suggestions to help us fulfill our dream vision. They were so patient & kind when my daughter had trouble making up her mind. They kept at it until she was satisfied. They really worked hard to help us stay in budget while getting the look we were going for. The buffet food was delicious and moist! Not easy for a buffet! The cake from Jenny Lane exceeded our hopes & expectations. We sent a photo and Nabil did an even better job! The flowers were great & the moon gate was beautiful! It was bigger & grander than we expected. The champagne tree was a big hit with everyone! It was such a pretty sight to see as entering the outdoor ceremony space! We got so many compliments about how pretty the venue was, the cake, the food, & the moon gate. My daughter said it was a perfect day! Thank you! I couldn’t ask for more than that!

Arrowwood Weddings Events was the perfect venue for our wedding day. I only ever communicated via email with the staff, but they were very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. The space is absolutely stunning for a woodsy outdoor venue - it's definitely worth it. Bri helped with all of the decorations and coordinating, and Byron was our fantastic photographer whose personality made the photo session fun and entertaining. The venue was beautiful, but it was truly the amazing staff that made our day so special. Bri was the reason I didn't have to stress about anything, and she ensured the day went off without a hitch. All around, Arrowwood Weddings Events provided an absolutely perfect experience that we couldn't have asked for.

Just had our wedding here on 11/3, and it was wonderful. When we first came to the venue, I spoke with a guy named Rob, who seemed very helpful and informative about everything. However, Rob lied to us about a lot of things and made promises that he could not deliver. And of course, I was in a frenzy. But the 2 ppl stepped up. KACI & AMANDA !!! I want to thank yall from th bottom of my heart for everything yall did to make my day amazing. For reassuring me and coming through with everything. They answered every question I had and fulfilled every request I had pertaining to the previous agreement. They responded quickly to every email and text message, regardless of how small the question was. All the way up to before the ceremony. The location is very convenient for any and everything that you'll need. Especially for family that is coming out of town. We had access to everything on site. It rained the first part of the wedding, and they had a side gate that was easily accessible for guest that stayed in a nearby hotel. We were about to control lighting for the photographer. When we first got in, it was a bit humid inside. Of course, it was raining, and with Texas humidity, but my coordinator informed Kaci, and she was right on it. The A/C worked great, not one sweaty picture, lol.

I’ve worked with Aleisha (management) several times and she is extremely organized and professional. She really puts a lot of pride in her work for Reds and cares for the people who book. The venue is so very unique. Tons of space and a great vibe that will cater to those who love fun retro things, also a bit rustic, with a very classic chapel. This place covers so many different tastes, and it is seriously unlike any other venue I’ve photographed. They offer a large range of packages that will cover everything for you, making planning your event much less stressful.

Their was plenty of space for 7 women to get ready in, we took photos in there and there's plenty of photo-op areas throughout this beautiful and unique property! In Sales, I worked directly with America and she is AMAZING!!! Again, she helped with our pricing/budget, we did a site visit to tour the property and she is just such a pleasure to work with. Sales, Front of House, Housekeeping, Valet and the F&B Team provided an amazing experience and I would stay here again and again for my wedding weekend. 20/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

Once we chose them, Katie and Tigi were absolutely amazing in making our dream day come true. They were so kind and patient, and they were fully committed to making our event the most magical night ever! There was so little work or effort on our part – HOB was our venue, bar, caterer, service staff, AND security. For a GREAT price. Everyone is STILL talking about how cool and funky our wedding was, saying it was the best they’ve been to! The food and drinks were SO GOOD, and I have ZERO complaints about the product or service we received. 10000000% would choose them again, and would recommend them to any one!

This place was so pretty and very easy to work with! Only thing was they have the ac set to a specific temp and it was a bit too hot the day of the wedding inside the dressing rooms and we had to wait until 3 pm for our POC person to arrive. The venue is not at fault as it was 90F in FEBRUARY. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!! Best wedding ever!

This hotel was also the very first property to bear the Hilton name and was once the original site for the Dallas Opera House. Now, almost 100 years later, Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown is still booming and welcomes a multitude of individuals with unique, artistic, sophisticated and vintage backgrounds that are seeking an all-inclusive home away from home but adventurous experience.

My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!

They have all of the tables and chairs onsite that you need so you do not have to worry about a rental company bringing them in. Also the Hall of State provides you with a list of preferred vendors so that you have experienced people to deal with the challenges of flipping a room and not having a kitchen on site. Overall you can not beat the grandness of the ballroom or the pictures you will get from having your wedding at the hall of state!

The Carlisle Room is located in the historic and newly renovated Lone Star Gas building in the heart of downtown Dallas. Originally built in 1932, The Lone Star Gas building is a combination of traditional Art Deco style and modern luxury. This historic room is 5,500 square feet of pure opulence featuring 20 foot ceilings, original marble walls and terrazzo floors.

I got married at the Carlisle Room a couple weeks ago and it was the best experience! The ceremony is downstairs and the reception is on the first floor in one large room, but you have a ton of freedom in the floor plan. I originally thought the dance floor was going to be too small but it was perfect! There are a few break out spaces in the reception room and we had a photo booth in one area, games in another, there are sofas to lounge and cocktail tables to hang at. We had 3 bartenders and 2 bar stations and it was great! The ceremony room is so beautiful but you can only fit 3-4 people on a row. It makes for a long aisle though. The alter is small so our wedding party had to sit on the side. It was great for us because we wanted to be the only ones up there but still unfortunate that it was too small to hold all of us. Also, the bathrooms are downstairs and they are 3/10. My mom brought a ton of bathroom goodies so I think that distracted people from the mediocracy of them. I got ready at the Statler and walked over (it may as well be connected it’s just next door) and that was perfect. Also, don’t be fooled by all the photos you see of people on the stairs outside because that’s at the church next door. It was 109 degrees when we got married but I really wanted those photos and it was hotter than Hades. Lastly, we were very limited to what was allowed for the send-off. I got biodegradable rose petals (that were approved by the venue) and 15 minutes before send-off I was told that we would get fined 500 which was a big bummer since that was approved by the venue coordinator. Anyways, this is a very honest review but I definitely recommend the Carlisle Room! It is so grand and stunning and our photos make me look back and just be in complete awe of the beauty of it all. And we had very minimal decor because the venue is so beautiful on its own.
