Katie was awesome! I hired Katie as a "month of" wedding planner for my destination wedding, and she was great! We communicated via text and email the many months of planning the wedding and she always responded in a very timely manner and was able to give me all the vendor contracts. A huge plus with hiring Katie was that I received discounts from the vendors that she recommended. Katie was very attentive and ensured my husband and I had everything we wanted on our special day. If I were to get married again or host an event in New Orleans, I would 100% hire Katie to help coordinate my event.

Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Lauren of Luna Designs LLC, ASAP! I know when I started planning my wedding, I thought I could do it all on my own, however there are so many details I hadn't considered, and with the date getting closer and closer, I began to panic. Thankfully, after contacting and meeting with Lauren, we determined the coordinating services that would be the most beneficial for my wedding...and my sanity! Once Lauren took the lead, all questions were asked and answered with other vendors and everything began to fall into place. I do not know what I would have done without her, a complete professional that took the stress from my hands to her own, and providing all the possible options, recommendations and resources she could offer to let my wedding be the best time ever! The day was just perfect, and during my wedding (and continuing after) I received so many compliments on how wonderfully everything was planned, with the coordinating being amazing! JayLynn was amazing to have during the wedding process. She would always answer any questions I had, she always offered to help with anything I needed done. The checklist she gave me helped so much during planning, especially the closer we got. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and if anything did go wrong my husband and I didn’t even know about it. Our venue didn’t allow us to start decorating until 1pm and our first look was at 1pm. I can’t imagine the stress I would have had if we didn’t have JayLynn and her team to decorate. JayLynn and her team also cleaned up on wedding day which allowed my husband and I to go straight to our after party. She is also very positive and puts your mind at ease! I cannot say how grateful I am for having JayLynn for our wedding!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Brooke's approach is thoughtful and detail-oriented while staying focused on what really matters - the 2 of you getting married! She thought of solutions for the most random things (e.g. milk crates for transporting china plates) or had answers ready in an instant (e.g. the perfect tablecloth sizes). She has easy-to-use documents for tracking important logistics and getting organized. Then...the wedding day! People have asked how our wedding day was, and we've been able to say, "everything went perfectly!" which we know is because of Brooke's incredible problem-solving and event-expertise.
