Paisley's Garden

  • Serves Castroville, CA

Hey there! I’m Lauren, your new flower bestie. I am an artistic soul who appreciates every flower and every season. I believe in coming alongside you to bring your floral vision to life in a purposeful, detail oriented way.

Lauren created the floral design for my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely spectacular! We gave her a color scheme and a general feel for what we were looking for and Lauren’s end result was stunning. She made floral arrangements, table decor, and more. Every detail was thought of and executed in the most beautiful way. One of the most memorable moments of the reception was when guests were allowed in and the gasps you could hear as they took in the amazing floral design everywhere. Lauren was so easy to work with, worked harder than I’d seen a florist work before and made sure everything was just perfect.

  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Castroville, CA

Quaintrellle Farms is an urban micro flower farm, located on the Westside of Santa Cruz, servicing all of Santa Cruz County, Monterey and Carmel, as well as parts of San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Offering al la carte and full service design, with delivery and set up to assure your day is stress free.

I cannot recommend Courtney and Quaintrelle Farms enough! From start to finish, working with her was an absolute dream. Our wedding was on November 10th, which is a bit tricky when it comes to flower availability, but Courtney pulled it off with ease, creating the most stunning arrangements from flowers she grew locally. Every bloom was beautiful and unique, and she perfectly captured the vision we had for our day. Courtney handled all the florals for our ceremony, reception, bridal bouquets, and boutonnieres, and everything was just breathtaking. The flowers were not only gorgeous, but they added such a personal, local touch to our celebration. I was also lucky enough to have Courtney create a headpiece for me, and let me tell you—it was magical! It made me feel like a druid high elf, and I couldn’t stop looking at it. She also made the sweetest flower crowns for our niece and nephew, which were just adorable and really added a special touch to their outfits. One of the things I’m most excited about is that Courtney also does pressed flower art, and she’s currently working on a piece with flowers from my bridal bouquet. I can’t wait to see how it turns out—what a perfect way to preserve such a meaningful part of our day. Courtney’s talent, creativity, and passion for what she does are unparalleled. If you're looking for a florist who not only provides beautiful, high-quality flowers but also puts heart and soul into everything she creates, look no further than Quaintrelle Farms. Thank you, Courtney, for making our wedding day even more magical!

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.9

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Castroville, CA

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Awarded Best of Zola
I ordered the silk magnolia bouquet (Shelbie Bridal Bouquet - Hand tied) and opted for the scent to be added. They arrived and already looked perfect with very minimal fluffing/adjustment. I was nervous the scent would be strong or too artificial but it was light and natural. They photographed beautifully and let me have a taste of home with the magnolias all the way across the country. Gorgeous.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Castroville, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Everything about my experience with Flower Moxie has been tops! Alexa was a tremendous help when part of my order didn't arrive with the rest of it. She quickly resolved the problem! Thank you Alexa!

Form & Flower

5.0

  • Starts at $7,000
  • Serves Castroville, CA

My name is Linzy and I am a floral designer and architect based in San Francisco, California. Form & Flower was founded after many late nights and early mornings spent creating floral designs based upon the principles of architecture and a love for the natural environment that I cherish - form, movement, negative space, balance, color theory, and attention to detail. I love to apply these guidelines to my designs while creating intentional, modern, and whimsical forms that playfully color outside of the lines of normalcy and bring you joy.

Awarded Best of Zola
From beginning to end, Linzy was thoughtful, creative, intuitive, and had great design taste. When it came to our color pallet and over all floral design for our wedding, it was as if Linzy could read our minds. She was easy going and responsive to all of our peculiarities and frequent changes. For example, a week before the wedding we asked to incorporate a Chinese scroll into the chuppah design, and she not only didn’t act frustrated about it, she seemed excited. The result at the wedding was nothing less than a masterpiece. The chuppah, centerpieces, and other details were stunning. Everyone wanted a photo in front of the chuppah. If you’re having a Jewish wedding that involves a chuppah (or anything similar), we highly recommend you look at what Linzy accomplished for us. Getting to see Linzy and her team coordinate and implement the floral design on the day of the wedding was inspiring. They worked efficiently, made well thought-out last second judgment calls, and delivered flawlessly. Not least of all, Linzy was fair, didn’t try to upsell us, and was conscientious about our budget. This naturally helped us trust her and eased some of our pre-wedding stress. We highly recommend Linzy and her team for any wedding (or other) event!
