Cunningham farm is a boutique Maine wedding venue set in picturesque New Gloucester, Maine - located between Portland, Auburn, Brunswick and Freeport. Cunningham Farm is primarily used as a venue for estate, barn and outdoor weddings.The property boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a farmhouse, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm - complete with a white farm fence - there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for your magical day.

The Barn on Walnut Hill is one of Maine's most sought after venues, located just 25 minutes from Portland in the lovely town of North Yarmouth. For more than a decade, the property has been setting the bar for timeless, elevated, and modern events in an elevated New England setting in the spring, summer, and fall. Walnut Hill's serene and private grounds include a forest ceremony grove, meticulously restored and climate controlled barn, ample space for tenting, and farmhouse for up to 12 overnight guests. Weddings at Walnut Hill include exclusive use of the entire property from Thursday-Sunday. This allows couples to host a ceremony and reception on site, as well as rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and even a farewell brunch, with no additional fees. For the first time in 2025, couples may also customize their length of stay on property through our Fête offering - this could be Friday-Sunday, or even just Saturday-Sunday depending on what you have in mind for your celebration!

The Watson homestead was established in Hiram, Maine in 1785 and is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity . Come see our Barn and ceremony space. We also offer overnight accommodation in the farm house for up to eight guests.

From the upper and lower apple orchards to the 100-year old maple grove adorning the entranceway, this beautifully nostalgic location brings all New England has to offer to one place. With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**
