If you booked the all access package, you have from Thursday at noon through Monday at noon for exclusive use of the island!
May and November
The closest airport to House Island is Portland Jetport. Most couples uber or take a taxi from the airport to downtown Portland, to then catch a ferry or water taxi to the island.
Our facilities are not considered handicap accessible. We are looking to incorporate ramps into the houses, with Rising Sun Cottage offering first floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
May-November
House Island is about a 15 minute water taxi ride from downtown Portland.
We do not have on-site parking, but there are plenty of parking garages/lots in Portland.
By 2023, we are looking to have an exclusive caterer for House Island. 58 Culinary will be House Island's exclusive caterer.
You will need a licensed caterer for any alcohol served on the premises.
