A group of professional caterers and hospitality employees envisioned an event space like no other. We were lead to an aging, almost forgotten piece of our past. The old Cotton Depot in Clinton SC quietly sat on the edge of downtown. The building spoke to us, 17,000 square feet of handmade brick each telling a story, 11ft ceilings with exposed beams, arched windows and wide planked floors. We immediately began designing the space. Through our catering experience we knew the need for easy access, a good flow and having conveniently located facilities. We also knew the importance of having multifunctioning spaces that can be dressed up or down to make each event uniquely yours. From the most elegant affair to down home country charm, Cotton Loft is merely a canvas. The picture we paint is yours.

Star was super accommodating with our limited schedules (we planned our wedding from out-of-state) and did everything she could to make it the perfect day! Star also provided the catering & bar services for our day and our guests raved about the food, the space- Everything was perfect. If you’re thinking about getting married at The Cotton Loft, it’s 100% worth it!

The event space includes a 6,000-square-foot Reception Hall, a 3,000-square-foot Ceremony Space with Grooms Quarters attached, and an 800-square-foot building dedicated as a Bridal Suite. It has two beautifully landscaped garden spaces that can be used for cocktail hour or ceremony spaces. The entire facility has a brick and rod iron privacy fence surrounding the property. The venue includes three historic buildings connected by beautiful cobblestone walkways, lush landscape, landscape lighting as well as cafe lights. The walk from each unique building is just as beautiful as the buildings themselves.

I came across the Crystal Ballroom via Facebook, it looked absolutely stunning. I filled out an online form and had a virtual interview the same week. These folks talk the talk and walk the walk. Booking with them took a lot of stress out of wedding planning. They offered full design service and staffing for your event. You show up, have your event, and leave. I was responsible for booking the Dj, Catering, Photography and cake. I had several meetings with the venue and team members to make sure things went smoothly, and that the day reflected everything that I envisioned. The communication from the day I booked until the end of the ceremony was superb with endless phone calls and emails. No questions were left unanswered. Overall, I am pleased with the services rendered.

Camelot Meadows is an absolutely stunning venue. The owner is extremely thorough and thoughtful which makes the venue an incredible place to get married. The inside is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautiful. The air conditioning in this place is impressive, especially considering how hot it was at my August wedding. The staff is very helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough.
