When my grandfather, an industry professional, gave me my first camera, I was hooked. It was a Fischer Price 110 film camera, incredibly cute! He later upgraded me to my first SLR! My Aunt was also a professional photographer so I learned lots from her as well. So, to me, holding a camera is as natural as writing my name. My mission? To capture your heart. With over 9 years of professional photography experience, I fell in love with love and the ability to capture it in a single image. I have always found change to be hard.. That is why I began to document. When I was just 14, my dad gave me his old canon and it became a piece of me and my story. I brought my camera everywhere!!!. Some people know me better with a camera in front of my face, than without it! I am not much of a journal writer, but my photos do the story telling for years to come, and that’s why I love it. I love being able to look back at images and remember the smells, sounds, and emotions that made for such a magical moment.
