We are a family owned and operated working cattle farm. We have over 50 beautiful, secluded acres of farm land. Since 1957 the Lanam Club has been a tradition for family and friends to gather together in a unique and beautiful setting. The Lanam Club is the venue of choice for an elegant wedding or a memorable party for any occasion. We can host up to 150 guests in a traditional wedding setting, and up to 200 guests for cocktail style wedding. At Lanam Club, the day is yours. You have our club at your disposal for the entire day, with no time constraints. Each bride can relax and get ready in our elegant bridal suite, and the groom can also begin his day in our groom suite, equipped with a billiard table and flat screen TVs.

The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

This historical site was first designed in 1927 for former governor of Massachusetts, Alvan Fuller. We are one of the last working formal estate gardens of the early 20th century. The meticulously maintained rose gardens, with over one hundred varieties, begin their season long bloom cycle in late June and continue through October. There is a Japanese garden, complete with a small bridge and Koi pond, which blooms in early May. The English perennial plantings provide a continuous array of color and interest from spring until fall. The gardens are lined within large sculpted hedges, and the rose beds are framed in an array of superbly kept turf paths.
