Wow. My wedding was a dream, Los willows is so beautiful and to be honest, photos of the venue do not do justice of how gorgeous the venue is in person. I also had a breeze planning my wedding with them! The wedding planner(Jennifer), dj(Shane), catering, photography/videography was all included in the all inclusive price! I got to pick if I wanted photography or videography for the included hours with the price! They are truly amazing and they made myself and my husbands special day very amazing. On the day of the wedding, Jennifer was so helpful and as the bride I was stress free. Thank you Los Willows!

Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!

From the beginning, we instantly fell in love with the venue and location. As we drove up to the venue for the tour, we began envisioning our wedding and knew this is where we wanted to get married. Lake Cuyamaca has a special place in our hearts and we were so excited to be able to share it’s beauty with our guest. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the venue and the lake! Additionally, the weekend of our wedding, we stayed at the Lakeview cabins at Lake Cuyamaca. The stay was very pleasant and convenient. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and responsive! As the months turned into weeks, they were checking in with us to make sure we had all things accounted for. It’s only 3 months out from our wedding and we’re already hosting another event!

Right when they announced their 2023 reservations were open, I immediately booked a walk through and basically booked my fall wedding. First off, the Sunset Plateau is so amazing and breathtaking to say your vows. I specifically told my photographer that I wanted to take as many photos possible on the property. Every area offers photos ops of your liking. The team there is amazing to work with. I recommend visiting the property to see the beauty for yourself.

Oakwood Creek was built in the 1930s by WW Wood and his wife Leanora. Wood drove a truck that hauled dairy milk from the outlying ranches into the town of Julian. Later on, Wood would operate B&L Liquor on the main street. The remains of W's garage are still very apparent on the property today, along with his goat shed & stables. We have one of the last intact water towers in the historic district. The property has been preserved to reflect the period in which it was built. This beautiful venue sits atop a picturesque knoll overlooking the historic town of Julian. Sherry Horton, owner of Oakwood Creek Celebrations, offers signature style that everyone—no matter their affair—will find "oh so easy". The Oakwood Creek Celebrations staff were a joy to work with! I am so grateful that the staff customized a great package for our wedding day, with very short notice. Our Officiant Rev Hannah Wilder, performed a beautiful ceremony by the koi pond. The location is gorgeous, and the staff made us feel as if we were family. Every detail of our wedding was beautifully done, making the entire experience amazing and completely stress free. A million thanks to our wedding coordinator Sherry, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even took photos for us, since we didn't have a photographer. Our wedding was better than anything I dreamed of!

The space was perfect for my wedding The look that I wanted worked perfect with my style. The staff is outstanding they worked well with all of my requests. The food was delicious and their portions were generous. We received so many compliments from our guests that the Venue was perfect. Having the Ceremony on site made the transition easy from ceremony to cocktail hour to then to reception. BGC exceeded my expectations I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event. I will be back for future events.

We worked closely with the staff on logistics like optimal speaker and processional setup to take advantage of the beautiful landscapes surrounding us. Our guests raved about the views and scenery. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing my experience with Verbena was. I am a wedding photographer by trade, so I have not only been to hundreds of weddings, I’ve worked them. When it came time to plan my own wedding, I knew I wanted something intimate and unique, and WOW did Verbena deliver. Not only is it the CUTEST on the inside (great for photos) but the food is life changing. It’s not just “good for a wedding” food, it’s incredible period. We had custom cocktails created by their in house mixologist, and Ronnie the head chef came up with a custom seasonal menu just for us. One of my guests described her meal as “magical”, and many more said it was the best food they’ve EVER eaten at a wedding. The Prado at Balboa Park is a National Historic Landmark which was originally built for the 1915-16 Panama-California Exposition. This two year festival was held in Balboa Park to promote San Diego and to celebrate the 1914 opening of the Panama Canal.

We had our wedding anniversary at the Prado and it was the dream celebration I wished I'd had for our wedding! FIrst off, the options we were offered for food choices was over the top. Everyone was so accomodating helping us with things. The day of, I felt like a Queen! I never lifted a finger- the staff always made sure I had a drink in my hand, and each time I got up from my chair, I came back to a seat with fresh a fresh napkin. The wait staff is so professional- they are there but not in your face. Everything we needed or wanted was handled for us. We have an event company, so have many contacts in the industry, and we chose to have our big party at the Prado because we knew we would be taken care of. We were not let down!

We hosted our daughter’s wedding last weekend. The venue is literally the perfect setting for a wedding and we received exuberant praise all evening for how beautifully magical everything was. I believe that our event was their largest to date (240), which meant that we had to split the ceremony and reception between the lower and upper gardens. Initially, we were concerned about having to make our guests trek from bottom to the top gardens (or take the provided shuttle), but this provided the guests with a charming walk through the gardens to gain an added element of beauty to the night. Marina, the event lead, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Having a different starting location from the ending can be tricky (especially with a lesser know entry way), but the detailed instructions and maps that Marina provided proved to be extremely helpful in guiding everyone.

It is BYO-Everything, which allows for so much personal touch and creativity, budget flexibility, AND the venue itself is so gorgeous as a blank canvas ... the brick walls, wood floors, and concrete and white details elevate the entire space before anything even goes into it! This allowed us to lean into the natural elements, pare down our decor, and create the wedding of our dreams. Booking was easy, there was always someone available to answer questions or give us tips and tricks from other events, and there are no vendor restrictions as long as they have the proper insurance. SEVERAL of the guests specifically commented on how amazing the space was. It felt intimate, warm, classic, and unique all at once. Thank you so much to everyone there who helped us set the stage for the most joyful day of our lives!

FruitCraft Event Venue was designed to appeal to the modern couple as well as their friends and family who will love our gorgeous space and the elevated decor. We created a light and airy atmosphere as an extension of the outside with instagrammable walls and lush greenery to seal the deal. FruitCraft’s design elements honors all things living and is showcased in our living plants that adorn the space, custom made live edge tables and up-cycled lighting. The space has 14ft high ceilings, exposed beams with a northern orientation that lets natural light in perfectly positioned for the floor to ceiling plants.

The stress-free, beautiful vibes, combined with their exceptional service, made our wedding an absolute dream. We found this venue on instagram and fell in love with all the greenery. When we saw it in person it was even better! The gorgeous farm tables won us over and the overall vibe is so down to earth and modern. We are also big cocktail fans and were impressed with their bar selections, their mule kept us on the dance floor all night. For our wedding they had cocktails but also ciders, seltzers and wines. They even special ordered my dad’s favorite craft beer which meant so much to me. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our wedding! We LOVED our wedding at FruitCraft - a huge shoutout to all the staff that accommodate all of our plans, we cant wait to visit on our anniversary 3

Our venue was absolutely gorgeous and exactly how we hoped and envisioned it would be for our special evening. The partitions were a game changer and definitely an extra special touch. Our guests had a plethora of compliments about all the different facets and how well every inch is utilized within the space. Also, all of the staff was amazing, from the start of our tour to the breakdown at the end of the wedding. The bartenders were especially awesome. We are also so happy we went with the wedding coordinator through the venue, Jillian. She was very friendly but still professional. She kept the night in a good flow and executed the transitions excellently considering ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all in essentially the same space and she had 100 people to work around. She also made sure to check on us throughout the evening to make sure everything was good for us and if we needed anything. Overall, our experience was amazing, the venue was stunning and the evening was everything we dreamed of. So incredibly happy with our choice and highly recommend using Flora for any event, not just a wedding.

I cannot stop raving about this venue and the whole event planning team. We had such an amazing experience having out wedding at the Horton Grand Hotel, it makes me want to do it all over again. The venue itself is beautiful and provides a perfect romantic setting for an outdoor wedding. Planning a wedding this year during COVID was nothing short of difficult but Jennifer and the whole event planning staff were so helpful and understanding throughout the whole planning process and really made planning this wedding and keeping our original date so easy. Jennifer constantly kept us updated on the current status of the hotel and was amazing at relaying information related to closures and events to us. She was knowledgeable about the restrictions and helped us plan for a day that was not only perfect in every way but also provided safety to our guests. It was a pleasure having our wedding at such a beautiful location and we were so pleased with how it all turned out and the responsiveness of the staff. There were a number of last minute challenges that made our planning stressful, it was worth every stress and the staff at the Horton Grand Hotel helped us through every set back allowing us to fully enjoy our day.
