We have one of the last intact water towers in the historic district. The property has been preserved to reflect the period in which it was built. Located in the Historic Wonder Bread Factory downtown, our 2-story taproom space offers a number of uses. The rentable space in this listing is located upstairs to our main brewery tasting room that is open to the public. Upstairs, you'll find a floor-to-ceiling open air window with a view of the library and downtown; a stage with a small PA that is available to use; cocktail tables and barstools, as well as 2 large round work tables with low, cushioned stools. There is a TV in this area that you may use. The downstairs will remain open to the public unless you rent out the entire building, which is done on a case-by-case basis. There is a unique open-air feature, so sound does carry between floors. We recommend meetings before 3pm during the week. Parties and events are great anytime.
