The layout creates an effortless flow between the gathering areas, culminating in a covered terrace with iconic views of the San Diego Bay. The elevated 3,500-square-foot terrace overlooks the waterfront and Lane Field Park. Enjoy music, lounges, bars, or appetizer stations in the San Diego sunshine before moving the party indoors. The terrace provides the ideal backdrop for cocktail hours, intimate ceremonies, sunset networking events, and more. The Lane also offers a furnished bridal suite, stylish restrooms, a large prep kitchen, and modern amenities. With just under 4,000 sq ft, this sleek blank slate gathering space is perfect for your wedding reception up to 250 guests, a conference for 150 attendees, or a holiday mixer for 400 of your closest friends. A set of double doors opens to the space with bay views to your left and a Moniker Design wooden wall to your right- creating modern texture and design for the main entrance. Meet us on the terrace, we have cocktails.

Elevated on the second floor, you have views of Lane Field Park, the Midway, Broadway Pier, Star of India and cruise ships coming in and out of the bay. The terrace is partially covered with availability to set up cocktail tables, lounges, and on-site catering on the north end. Perfectly compatible for the indoor-outdoor feel that is quintessentially San Diego, both sliding glass doors open up to this terrace. Guests can enjoy a signature drink during sunset cocktail hour or dance the night away at your corporate holiday party!

With just over 1,500 sq ft, this minimalist setting is perfect for your wedding ceremony of 100 guests, a breakout presentation for 100 attendees, or a networking area for 200 of your colleagues. Guests can transition from the larger gathering space into the smaller space seamlessly or walk along the terrace and enter through a 15' sliding door. The fresh face of San Diego. Our 9,000 sq ft interior spaces + a 3,500 sq ft terrace looking out on to the harbor make for one unforgettable event space.

An open space with stainless steel countertops, a deep kitchen sink, and garage access through double doors for 7' high vans and catering trucks to unload. This space also acts as the main storage room for The Lane tables, chairs and inventory. Clients are able to keep any of their personal or vendor items in this room throughout the event.
