I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

Unique Catering started with a passion for food, friends and a love of people. We opened in December 1999 and have catered over 750 in that time. We have always customized our menus to fit our clients culinary tastes and budget. We offer a discount to all active and retired military, police and fireman. Manny’s Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante was founded by Manuel “Manny” Rios in 2005 in the uptown area of Dallas, Texas. Manny is a retired Army veteran.
