“DJ Zaruba was a pleasure to work with - from first meeting, he made us feel very comfortable that he does this because he loves it, and wasn't going to be someone who downplays the wedding to throw a great party. The planning platform was very detailed and easy to use and we were able to select our music up until the week of the wedding (which is great, because we ended up planning the music pretty last minute). On the day of the wedding, DJ Zaruba did a great job picking music for the dinner and cocktail hour, and we got so many compliments on the DJ for the music he played and the flow of the music. He worked with our day-of coordinator to ensure the timeline was correct and everything ran smoothly. We gave him a few spotify playlists that he stuck to very well, with a few additions that were perfect. He read the room very well and everyone had a great time - kids, adults, and older relatives. The midnighters were super easy to work with! They performed for both our ceremony and cocktail hour. They have a long list of songs they are able to play for the procession and recession, and learned one song from scratch for us - a song they had never played before - and it sounded amazing. Jordan was amazing during the entire planning process, he always replied in a timely manner and made every little request I had seem like no biggie and made it happen! He provides access to an online portal (extremely cool!!) which gives you the opportunity to give him a general idea of the type of music you want and keeps things extremely organized...Now more importantly, he literally had the crowd on the dance floor the ENTIRE time... and I’m not exaggerating. (People were texting me days later that they’re sore from dancing the whole night!) He is able to read the crowd and deliver.
