We partner with local New York State farms, as well as other small farms globally, such as Hattori Farms, who make the matcha we use in our gelato. We offer a well rounded assortment of gelato in seasonal, rotating flavors. All flavors are available in dairy and vegan varieties.

I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. I use only the highest-quality ingredients and always emphasize both design and taste. I would love to work with you to make your cake one of the most memorable and beautiful parts of your wedding!

Mini Melanie was founded in 2015 by sisters Melanie and Diana Moss. Melanie grew up baking with their grandmother, and her hobby steadily grew into an obsession. While attending Northwestern University, Melanie studied in Paris and was Sous Chef at Cours de Cuisine atelier. She later attended the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where she was Pastry Sous Chef. Melanie’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin guide, and in 2018, Melanie became Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED.

Baked is many things. We are a classic American bakery and cafe with locations in Brooklyn and Tokyo. We are also a full-fledged lab of sorts, creating better baking mixes and delicious granola. Baked Weddings is a natural extension of our bakery and philosophy — fun, delicious, modern, and beautiful. Here is the corner stone of our house, Mr. Armando Leyva. At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

Jon Payson and Naomi Josepher moved to NYC in the early Nineties. Together, they enjoyed seeking out phenomenal desserts all around the city. When they moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2003, they noticed a need for a dessert café on quickly changing Fifth Avenue. After reading an inspirational book on chocolate, they decided to create a café specializing in high-end chocolate, extraordinary desserts, handmade ice creams, dessert wines and beers from all over the world, as well as superb coffee. They opened in January 2005 and is currently serving the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Pistachio's owner Erin Emmett has developed culinary concepts unparalleled to traditional techniques in the food industry. Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own.
