Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita Ice Cream! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by Corsica!

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.
