At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue. We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

We also offer servers and bartenders for passed or buffet-style functions. We have a full liquor bar including beer and wine. Martinis, Manhattans, Cabernets & Bottled Beer is just a few choices of alcohol that you can choose from for your event. We can also do a custom drink menu to fit your needs. Hayloft open floor plan with built in large bar area, nice restrooms inside barn, decorative lighting with some old country charm furniture and props throughout. Black, round cocktail tables with assorted black chairs, larger round fold up tables all included for up to 125 guests. Set up how you wish!
