Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - was perfect. Meghan is the most wonderful person to work with. She made everything so easy for us from day 1! She listened to our vision and made it come to life. She went way beyond “day of coordinator” duties. She constantly checked in to see how the rest of my planning was coming along and helped in every way imaginable. We had a sudden an unexpected death. My husbands mom passed away 3 weeks before our wedding. We weren’t sure if we could even go through with our plans and she did not push us to. She offered alternate dates and gave us the time we needed to make such a tough decision. We decided not to postpone after all and Meghan went above and beyond again in helping us honor my mother in law that day. It’s hard not to get emotional when I truly think about how much she meant us throughout this process and how different things would’ve been without her. I’m forever grateful to her. I can’t say enough nice things about this venue, everyone who works there and even the members. Everyone is genuinely kind. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. We would get married here every single day if I could.

My son & now daughter-in-law had their wedding here 9.14.24. It was absolutely a beautiful setting! Mike is organized and had multiple conversations with us through the entire process. It was so nice that the wedding party could stay with the Bride & Groom on site. They have thought of all the details to stock the resort with everything we might have needed. Mike & Karen were going out of the country on the day of my son’s wedding but left us in good hands with their assistants Skye & Aaron. Everything went great! This is such a beautiful setting from the long entry way to the sunset on the water.

Tween Waters was an absolute dream. We had our wedding on the beach (5:30 PM) and reception (6:00-10:00 PM) in the Wakefield Room. Logistically, it was so nice to have everything, including lodging, on the same property. It cut down transportation time between venues like other weddings I've been to. We structured our wedding day so that the entire morning, we spent time with our loved ones at the beach, and got meals with family on site which was so relaxing and fun. We wanted our wedding to feel like a family vacation and Tween helped us achieve everything. We worked with Debra who is beyond amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and worked above and beyond to ensure our day was incredible. All of the guests raved about the food and desserts. We opted to get a spread of Tween's desserts instead of a wedding cake because we love having options and are so glad we went that route. Tween is also extremely detail-oriented, especially if you have guests with food allergies. Our guests who stayed on the property had an absolute blast, and many of them now want to make Tween a part of their family vacations. Tween has many different package options that are customizable depending on your guest count and preferences. Getting ready in an ocean-facing cottage was out of this world amazing and relaxing. Staying on the property allowed flexibility in my outfit change and was able to rinse the sand off our feet before the reception. We were also able to get amazing sunset photographs in my second outfit. Our only regret is that we wish we had extended our stay by a few days after the wedding. We didn't want to leave!

We had our wedding at The Tree House as a destination wedding. Communication was a little rocky throughout the planning process; I had to reach out for everything, as not very much was readily explained. I spent a lot of time planning and making my own things. Because of this, I was nervous about how the wedding would turn out. However, it was absolutely beautiful and it all came together due to their help and setup. They had wonderful vendors- the photographer, baker, food, DJ, and servers were all amazing. The day was perfect and I wouldn’t change anything.

I cannot express how incredibly wonderful my wedding was at the Club at Grandezza and I don’t even know where to begin. I originally chose this venue based off of the ceremony space. After growing up going to Sanibel, I found a venue that gave me old Sanibel vibes and I was sold. From the palms and greenery, to the stairs that give the perfect walk-down-the-aisle moment. From there, the reception area was everything I could have asked for and more. Light blues, white and airy - an absolute dream. Having a huge dedicated bridal suite the day of was also a huge game changer. Whatever I pictured in my head as my wedding day, the venue blew it out of the water and exceeded it — but I’d be remiss to not mention those behind it. Sadie - Sadie was an absolute rockstar and a big piece of why our day was so amazing. She runs a tight ship and it is so evident the pride she takes in her work. I can’t think of a single thing that went ‘wrong’ and that is such a rarity on wedding days. She kept our timeline in check, set up all of my little details, and was just so accommodating to me throughout the year, especially being an out of state bride. If you have the opportunity to work with Sadie, you are very lucky. The food - the FOOD! I never ever hear people talk about food after a wedding, and people were RAVING. The steak, the grouper, the apps (lobster was a massive hit!)… the list goes on. I wish I could relive this day over again just so I can take in every detail once again - forever grateful for this venue and the team. 1000000/10 recommend.

Oaks of Devonaire is not only a beautiful venue at an incredibly reasonable price point (hands down the best in the area for 3 days!), but the venue owners truly are so kind and accommodating! There are many locations for portraits and all are stunning! I can't wait to capture many more love stories at Oaks of Devonaire.

This venue was AMAZING! Abby is the Vineyards event coordinator and she was absolutely perfection. Our big day ran smoothly because of her organization and attentiveness. 10 months prior, my mother and I met Abby during a tour of the venue and we were both floored by how respectful and kind hearted she was. The venue itself was stunning and a perfect choice for our wedding. It was clean, beautiful, organized, and extremely spacious. Thankfully the Vineyards is very comprehensive and they took care of all the table linens, floor plans, food accomodations, parking, etc. Every detail I could think of, the vineyards had it covered. Over the last year of working with Abby, she was extremely responsive to any and all emails and very thorough. If I sent an email at 10:30pm on a Saturday, she would respond by 10:35 that same night. She would remember little details like when I had exams for my Master's program and sent an email reminder to ensure all was well. She was truly a gem to work with. We were very blessed with this venue and with their very helpful and sweet staff. Also, the food was incredible!!! If I could do this day all over again, I would immediately book with the Vineyards. They are worth every penny and more! I will recommend this venue to all our friends who will be getting married in the future.

We had our wedding ceremony on the Miss Naples Catamaran and it was an absolute delight. The team was quick to respond to all of our questions and very communicative throughout the planning process. Words cannot even describe how happy we are with the Hyatt House 5th Ave. Let’s start off by talking about Christina. She was the sweetest, happiest, easiest person to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and gave us all the knowledge we needed to make the right decisions and was truly a joy to work with. She responded to emails quickly, and made us feel like we were heard. Peter was our banquet captain and Christina had mentioned how amazing he was to work with and boy was she right. He had the room setup so quickly and catered to our needs the entire wedding night, without. He made sure we were fed and had a full drink in our hands all with a smile on his face. He made sure the entire wedding ran smoothly. Chef Jose made the most delicious wedding food that we have ever had, and we have been to a lot of weddings. People could not stop coming put to us to tell us how good the food was. He took the time to check in on us three times to make sure we were happy with the food and the service. Accommodations for dietary restrictions was quick and easy. My wife’s favorite passed hors-d’ordeuvres was the coconut shrimp, and they did not disappoint! All of our guests were extremely happy with their stay at the hotel. All of the staff at the Hyatt House 5th Ave made our wedding weekend so special. We cannot thank you all enough! If you are thinking of booking your wedding here, we highly recommend it. We don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

This was the venue of our dreams. Everything was perfect. Looked exactly like the pictures. Alexis and her day of coordinator Kristin made sure our day was perfect and they were very easy to work with. It was luck that we came across this venue and we had a perfect wedding here!

We cannot stop raving about the venue and staff at the Sarasota Art Museum! From the Director to the volunteers, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and hard working. This occurred from our initial consultation and fact-finding inquiries and visits. This continued through the planning and implementation process of our event! Never did I ever imagine how smooth everything would go. Laura always provided the details and clarification of anything that I may have missed or just needed additional information on and the security staff worked efficiently to make sure we were able to store necessary items in a safe location for before and after our event. Carolyn and her kitchen/catering staff with Constellations Catering Group were phenomenal! We do not say this lightly! Carolyn was super communicative and at any point and time was able to be reached quickly when needed. I have never met a friendlier more down to earth person while still making sure that the business needs are still addressed professionally and promptly. THANK YOU CAROLYN! From A to Z, the food and service were superb and on point. The Kitchen and catering staff are highly recommended. They catered to our every need and the food is the best that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of attending business and personal events.
